(Luke 14:25 KJV)  And there went great multitudes with him: and he turned, and said unto them,

(Luke 14:26 KJV)  If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple.

(Luke 14:27 KJV)  And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple.

(Luke 14:28 KJV)  For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?

(Luke 14:29 KJV)  Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him,

(Luke 14:30 KJV)  Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish.

(Luke 14:31 KJV)  Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand?

(Luke 14:32 KJV)  Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace.

(Luke 14:33 KJV)  So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple.

(Luke 14:34 KJV)  Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned?

(Luke 14:35 KJV)  It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

(Mat 10:32 KJV)  Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.
33  But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
34  Think not that I am come to send peace on earth: I came not to send peace, but a sword.
35  For I am come to set a man at variance against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.
36  And a man’s foes shall be they of his own household.
37  He that loveth father or mother more than me is not worthy of me: and he that loveth son or daughter more than me is not worthy of me.
38  And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.
39  He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it.
40  He that receiveth you receiveth me, and he that receiveth me receiveth him that sent me.
41  He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet’s reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man’s reward.
42  And whosoever shall give to drink unto one of these little ones a cup of cold water only in the name of a disciple, verily I say unto you, he shall in no wise lose his reward.

Are you a real Christian, or a pretender, imposter still? The definition of a real Christian varies depending on who you talk to, and what type of church they attend as well.. but what did Jesus, the Apostles say a real Christian was, is? The devil even believes Jesus, God exists so what!! Being a Christian is more than your present personal head Knowledge, or beliefs, it is still a real, initial and personal experience with Jesus Christ like Apostle Paul had on the road to Damascus  http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2011/10/30/are-you-a-real-christian/

Albertan solicitor general attempts to quash the citizens democratic rights to complain.

.. It’s a sobering report into how hate crimes are reported and investigated in Alberta. 2008 statistics released by the Alberta Hate Crimes Committee shows there were 68 hate crimes identified by Calgary police last year, compared to 155 by police in Edmonton. The difference is that the cops themselves are more guilty of hate crimes in Calgary very likely for a start and so they do not prosecute the others who do the same thing. On top of that there is a significant cultural , social makeup between the mostly while collared town of Calgary, and the blue collared town of Edmonton. Calgary definitely has the larger Jews group too while Edmonton has a larger Muslim group. The committee believes the differences are in large part because of different definitions of what constitutes a hate crime. In Alberta falsely slandering, bashing the poor people, drunks , social welfare recipients, natives, immigrants, Asians, and all easterners from Canada now often, on the net as well is not considered a hate crime but it all should be. I personally have witnessed and complained about the racist behavior of the bad cops too in Calgary,Alberta which also now has more significant racial discrimination over Quebec in my own real experiences now too. Quebec is a heaven, kind and gentle compared to Alberta for sure. I personally in front of a large audience, with the news media present now too, had told openly a past Multicultural Minister of Alberta that 70 percent of Alberta were racists and I got a standing applause. The report also showed there have only been two successful prosecutions of hate crimes in Alberta over the last two years. You can start rightfully by prosecuting racist PC ministers and many Albertan evangelicals, Mormons now too.. The group believes Crown prosecutors in this province don’t have the resources to deal with these kinds of complex cases that are often very difficult to win. The Alberta Hate Crimes Committee goes onto suggest there be a specific hate crimes section put into the Criminal Code and a Hate Crimes Awareness Day established in Spring 2010. And more useless unenforced laws, unfinanced as well only makes the hypocritical politicians look good, but in fact does not help much. Better and cheaper too if the Albertan politicians, leaders lead by a real example firstly… yes starting with Prime Minister Stephen Harper too.

I am often rightfuly upset by all those cry babies in Albeerta who complain about the other people’s dirty yards  in other provinces but they now  can’t seem to clean their own  yet and firstly too. Hypocrites..

I am totally convicted that greed, lack of real faith is why many preachers preach tithing, and I wonder if they practice it, do they even for a start give a portion of the tithe to the local poor people as also required in the laws of tithing in the old testament? and what about looking at all the verses on giving first in the new testament.

Greed and the Tithe

(From Hidden Manna by David Eells)

Paul gave Timothy a revelation of the false prophets and those who follow them in the “last days.” (2Tim.3:1) But know this, that in the last days grievous times shall come. (2) For men shall be lovers of self, lovers of money, boastful, haughty, railers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, (3) without natural affection, implacable, slanderers, without self-control, fierce, no lovers of good, (4) traitors, headstrong, puffed up, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God; (5) holding a form of godliness, but having denied the power thereof: from these also turn away. These men, who are identified by their egotistical appetite for money, prestige, pleasure, and position, love their religious “form of godliness.” Among these are the false prophets who lead captive the like-minded apostate religious sects. (6) For of these are they that creep into houses (of worship), and take captive silly women (sects of God’s people – Isa.4:1, 32:9) laden with sins, led away by divers lusts, (7) ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth. Those who love to justify their own sinful ways respect these “impostors” and their “form of godliness.” (13) But evil men and impostors shall wax worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.

These false prophets are identified as “lovers of money.” These are the merchants of religious Babylon (Rev.18). They make “Father’s house a house of merchandise” (Jn.2:16). Since God will not support their personal kingdom-building, they peddle books, tapes, trinkets, chicken dinners, tours, etc. This is the way of the world and for those who have an impoverished God. Why would anyone who was sent by God and believed the promises of our provision through Christ do this? Our examples in the early leadership of the Church certainly did not. (Jn.2:13)…Jesus went up to Jerusalem. (14) And he found in the temple those that sold oxen and sheep and doves, and the changers of money sitting: (15) and he made a scourge of cords, and cast all out of the temple, both the sheep and the oxen; and he poured out the changers’ money, and overthrew their tables; (16) and to them that sold the doves he said, Take these things hence; make not my Father’s house a house of merchandise. They peddle the promises of God’s provision to those who give to their ministry. They make “merchandise of the word of God” (2Cor.2:17 [in Greek]). They peddle the Word for salaries like hirelings. When a person is not sent by God he does not have faith that “God shall supply every need” (Php.4:19). Where God sends, He supplies. Without God’s supernatural supply, people have to resort to other tactics to support “their” ministry. The Lord has not changed His mind, “the righteous shall live by faith,” not salaries. He commanded His ministers, “[F]reely ye received, [F]reely give. Get you no gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses.” A man who lives by faith has to walk with God because “if our heart condemn us not, we have boldness toward God; and whatsoever we ask we receive of him, because we keep his commandments and do the things that are pleasing in his sight” (1Jn.3:21,22). God’s command that His leaders walk by faith ensures righteous leadership.

The early Church leadership was not in the habit of taking up collections, but when they did it was not for themselves but the saints in persecution and need as it was with Jerusalem. (1Cor.16:1) Now concerning the collection for the saints, as I gave order to the churches of Galatia, so also do ye. (2) Upon the first day of the week let each one of you lay by him in store, as he may prosper, that no collections be made when I come. (3) And when I arrive, whomsoever ye shall approve, them will I send with letters to carry your bounty unto Jerusalem. Notice that Paul didn’t handle the money but approved brethren did. He preferred to not even be present when the collection for the saints was received so that there would be no extortion involved as it was with the Macedonian collection. He also didn’t use the Macedonians’ presence to shame and extort the Corinthians. (2Cor.9:3) But I have sent the brethren, that our glorying on your behalf may not be made void in this respect; that, even as I said, ye may be prepared: (4) lest by any means, if there come with me any of Macedonia and find you unprepared, we (that we say not, ye) should be put to shame in this confidence. (5) I thought it necessary therefore to entreat the brethren, that they would go before unto you, and make up beforehand your aforepromised bounty, that the same might be ready as a matter of bounty, and not of extortion.

Ministers received free will offerings and did not demand their rights through condemnation or legalism. (1Cor.9:11) If we sowed unto you spiritual things, is it a great matter if we shall reap your carnal things? (12) If others partake of [this] right over you, do not we yet more? Nevertheless we did not use this right; but we bear all things, that we may cause no hindrance to the gospel of Christ. (13) Know ye not that they that minister about sacred things eat [of] the things of the temple, [and] they that wait upon the altar have their portion with the altar? (14) Even so did the Lord ordain that they that proclaim the gospel should live of the gospel. (15) But I have used none of these things: and I write not these things that it may be so done in my case; for [it were] good for me rather to die, than that any man should make my glorifying void. Paul said, “we did not use this right…that we may cause no hindrance to the gospel.” Even the world sees through the “gimmee gospel” and its con men and they disrespect the true Gospel because of it. In obeying the command “freely ye received, freely give” we leave no room for suspicion.

(2Pet.2:1) But there arose false prophets also among the people, as among you also there shall be false teachers, who shall privily bring in destructive heresies…. (3) And in covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you. One way they “make merchandise of you” is to put God’s people under the Law to support them when the Scripture clearly states that our giving is “not of necessity” (2Cor.9:7). “[Let] each man [do] according as he has purposed in his heart; not grudgingly, or of necessity (this is not according to the law of tithing): for God loveth a cheerful giver.” In the New Covenant, God wants an offering from the heart from those born of His Spirit. God made the Old Covenant with natural Israel and refused the Gentiles. (Ps.147:19) He showeth his word unto Jacob, His statutes and his ordinances unto Israel. (20) He hath not dealt so with any nation; And as for his ordinances, they have not known them. Now the New Covenant is made only with the Church and refused to those under the Law. If a doctrine like tithing is not in the New Covenant then it was never made with you! It will only separate you from Christ and grace. (Gal.5:4) Ye are severed from Christ, ye who would be justified by the law; ye are fallen away from grace. Jesus rebuked the false prophets of His day saying, “Woe unto you scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye tithe mint and anise and cummin (even their seasoning), and have left undone the weightier matters of the law, justice, and mercy, and faith: but these you ought to have done (this is past tense in all ancient manuscripts, Numerics, and the Received Text), and not to have left the other undone” (Mt 23:23). Jesus clearly said here that tithing was both in the past and under the Law. Some say tithing was before the Law. Yes, circumcision and animal sacrifice were before the Law, too, but they were included in the law and we are not under Law to do them anymore either. Paul also said tithing was of the Law in Hebrews 7:5-11. There is no New Covenant command or request to tithe because we are no longer stewards of ten percent. Jesus taught that we have to renounce ownership of the other ninety percent or we cannot be His disciple. (Lk.14:33) So therefore whosoever he be of you that renounceth not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. “All” here means all possessions, rights and will. Those who claim possession of the other ninety percent are thieves. The Holy Spirit and the New Covenant commands were given to establish where, how much, and to whom we give. We are merely stewards of what He has put in our hands.

The church’s system of tithing is extortion and graft. It is not even righteous when compared to the Old Covenant tithe. Under the type and shadow of the tithe, ten percent was taken from eleven tribes and given to one tribe, the Levites ([ministers] Num.18:24). Then the Levites gave one ten percent (tithe) to the high priest (25-28). This left the Levites with ten percent from ten tribes. That is an average of what the other eleven tribes had to live on. Even when Israel’s economy grew, they still lived on an average income. Today with a larger percent of the people doing the supporting, coupled with the fact that the pastors have usurped the authority of the rest of the five-fold ministry (Eph.4:11), ministers have become fat and filthy rich. This is a great stumbling block to both the world who sees through this and to the ministers. This also makes the people of God bad stewards. We have made God’s house a “den of robbers” (Mt.21:13). (Ezk.34:2) Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, even to the shepherds, Thus saith the Lord: Woe unto the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the sheep? (3) Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill the fatlings; but ye feed not the sheep.

These men make it plain that we are not under the Law except when there is a profit involved and then we are told to “bring ye the whole tithe into the storehouse,” which is a command of the Old Covenant. Of course, they falsely claim to be the storehouse. In Old Covenant type and shadow, tithes were cast into the treasury, which was in the midst of the temple (1Ki.7:51; Mk.12:41). In the New Covenant the temple is God’s people, and Jesus said that we would be judged by whether we meet the needs of His people (Mt.25:31-46; 1Jn.3:16,17). This is how we store up treasure in heaven (Lk.12:33,34). We are taught to not store up our treasures on earth (Mt.6:19-21) but to meet the needs of the brethren so “that there may be equality” (2Cor.8:14). Those who will not renounce ownership and become stewards of one hundred percent are not being disciples for “we were bought with a price.” We are now bondservants of Christ. The Holy Spirit now tells the disciples of Christ how much, to whom, where, and when to give.

ALBERTA,  Canada’s PM Stephen Harper’s PRESENT province… he was not originally from Alberta even.. Harper was born and raised in Toronto, Harper is a false professing evangelical Christian of the false  Christian Missionary Alliance  church..  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/05/10/christian-and-missionary-alliance-denomination/
.
June 2013  Canmore, Cochrane; Bragg Creek and Redwood towns were one of the first to be hit with flooding as well  and now yes  CANMORE the home of the perverse Canmore Traffic court, and RCMP  traffic ticket revenue generation as I have already written recently,  the  severe flooding moved on to Calgary and next to many cities along the   rivers of southern Alberta. The RCMP have no time to get money from speeding tickets but instead they have to help instead the flooded citizens.. that must hurt their false pride and economic income.
.
July 2013.. Federal Official Opposition Leader Thomas Mulcair himself after visiting Calgary, Alberta said he doesn’t think the rest of Canada has a full understanding of the devastation caused by floods that hit southern Alberta  now. “  it’s easy to forget that there are months, and months, and months of cleanup. And then years and years and years of rebuilding”  Many of the Albertans,  First Nations and even low-income Albertans, including seniors, who were pushed out of their homes NNED TO be put back into proper housing  EVEN before the  Alberta winter hits. Who will help to do all of this still? Almost no one? Donations received  are just a drop in the bucket.
.
WELL I DO UNDERSTAND THE DEVASTATION AND IT’S FULL CONSEQUENCES  FOR I LIVED THERE FOR 15 YEARS, WORKED EVEN AS A REALTOR THERE..
.
CALGARY ALBERTA DOES NOT HAVE THE MONEY OR  THE SKILLED MANPOWER TO REBUILD FROM IT’S UNEXPECTED DEVASTATION THAT OCCURRED INSTANTLY AND WILL TAKE DECADES TO RESTORE.
.
Up to 150,ooo people without a Home to live in or a home that is flood damaged and  NO one will pay for the repairs to it.. Major roads, even bridges damaged, the C-train  put out of action for weeks, accessibility across town, or to downtown extremely difficult, the whole downtown core shut anyway.. Infrastructure damage in the Billions of dollars, months or years to repair too.. and No one had ever thought such a devastation would  ever happen. The Government of Alberta does not have the cash or income to pay for all of this too.
.
Insurers won’t cover homes hit by overland flood waters.  “There’s no overland flooding coverage in Canada.”
.
Now Flood emergency lifted in Cochrane; Bragg Creek and Redwood residents permitted to return..
.
DUE TOO THE HEAVY ABNORMAL  RAINFALL IN ALBERTA, THE FLOODING OF THE RIVER BASINS THAT STARTED IN BANFF, NEXT IN EXSHAW, CANMORE,
.
Bowness park Where many of the seniors, poor people live, their homes were flooded too.  Flooding impact in downtown Calgary is so dire that some parts of the core may take weeks or months to return to normalcy, Mayor Naheed Nenshi said  on June 20,2013 . Calgary Alberta Downtown business to be shut down at least a month due to floods, power outages    In Alberta  now price gouging is going on . Products such as water and ice  etc ., are being sold at jacked up values. “Under the emergency management act in province of Alberta, price gouging or price fixing above normal levels during a state of local emergency is illegal and it would take some cooperation between ourselves and police but individuals could be prosecuted for that,”  and “the legislation states the cost of goods before a local state of emergency should be the cost of goods during the local state of emergency.” Fire Chief and head of the Calgary Emergency Management Association Bruce Burrell says there are laws against it which protect the consumer. But it is all still  just cheap talk as  no one has been arrested for it so far. Such is the bad  reality.
.
Alberta’s cities rarely spend federal cash on disaster prevention     While receiving hundreds of millions of federal dollars for infrastructure since 2006, southern Alberta’s flood-battered communities focused on building highways, leisure centres and event facilities rather than flood protection, which Calgary Mayor Naheed Nenshi acknowledges is not considered a “hugely sexy thing.”  Since 2006, the list of projects Calgary sought, and received, Infrastructure Canada money for includes $138-million for roads, $63-million for public transit, $25-million for the home of the Calgary Stampede and another $25-million for a National Music Centre. Calgary’s 17 listed projects total about $366-million in federal cash. But none appear to have dealt with disaster mitigation, which an Infrastructure Canada spokesperson said “has been an eligible category for funding under several Building Canada and Economic Action Plan initiatives.” Municipalities have little financial incentive to pick disaster mitigation projects – when disaster does strike, the province foots the initial bill, with federal taxpayers ultimately picking up the vast majority of costs. In the case of High River, Alta., municipal officials ultimately stepped aside altogether, allowing the province to lead the recovery plan as well as pay for it.   http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/ottawa-left-on-the-hook-as-funding-not-often-spent-on-disaster-prevention/article13094979/

A bad image problem  is not the only main problem for Alberta even in July 2013..

Many of those affected by the recent flooding in Canmore,  Calgary, Exshaw, high River, etc,  are now looking back on the month that was and are starting to rebuild.

Flood info sessions planned. Provincial experts on flood mapping and the disaster recovery program will be available in communities affected by the floods at upcoming public information sessions.

The province is mandating that homeowners who live in the floodway can choose to rebuild and repair, or leave. If they choose to relocate, the province will assist them — in some cases, that means purchasing land. Residents living in flood fringe areas must flood-proof their homes if they want to eligible for flood relief in the future. The first information session was held in High River tonight. There are sessions planned in Medicine Hat, Calgary, Canmore, Lethbridge, Bragg Creek and Turner Valley. Many Albertans still do say they’re having a tough time finding contractors and equipment and others are still waiting for word on compensation from insurance companies and the province. The provincial government announced its long-term flood recovery and said “We know this work will take years — not weeks or months — and we will be there to support communities in their renewal efforts over the long term,” said Premier Alison Redford in a release. Prepared by the Flood Recovery Task Force, the plan looks to focus on four areas: financial support, repairing infrastructure, mitigating long-term environmental impacts and nurturing economic growth through reinvestments.

.
The planned Calgary Conservative Convention   where there will be plenty of booze, balloons, pancake breakfasts, bucking broncs and more bull had to be postponed too . That’s all pretty standard fare even for a Christian evangelical Prime Minister. “There is some grumbling about how poorly the Prime Minister’s Office has  handled the whole (Sen. Mike) Duffy affair.”  On Wednesday, a Nanos Research poll conducted for the CBC found that 72 per  cent of Canadians said they were dissatisfied or somewhat dissatisfied with  Stephen Harper’s explanation of what he knew about the $90,000 personal cheque  written by the prime minister’s chief of staff to cover Duffy’s inappropriate  expenses. Only 27 per cent of those polled were satisfied or somewhat satisfied, which  indicates that since 40 per cent of voters cast a ballot for the Tories in May  2011, a large number of Tory partisans are not happy with this whole affair.” Anyone really dumb to still believe he is a real Christian? Not me…  https://postedat.wordpress.com/2008/06/27/how-many-rich-people-in-calgary-edmonton-alberta/
.
THE LYING SPIN DOCTORS TRYING TO GET MUCH NEEEDED CASH REVENUE IN ALBERTA WILL STILL SAY NOW THAT Alberta IS Down, but far from out
.
HEY I EVEN ONCE HAD WRITTEN A LONG TIME AGO THAT THE TOO OFTEN SELF CENTERED, PROUD PEOPLE OF ALBERTA DO REALLY NEED TO STOP BASHING THE POOR PEOPLE, AND THOSE ON SOCIAL AID, FOR A DAY WILL COME THAT THEY TOO WILL BE NEEDING SOCIAL AID AND THAT DAY HAS COME.. http://anyonecare.wordpress.com/2008/10/11/albertas-crooked-cops-rcmp-included/
.

Booze, gambling revenues now worth more than gas royalties to Stelmach government

.
So can you tell I am rightfully no fan of Alberta, my having even lived there for many years now too? I have worked in many provinces, visited many Canadian cities, but the worst province, worst cities, worst cops, RCMP included,  worst Ministers, worst pastors, worst Doctors, bad Lawyers, bad Accountants, bad Realtors, bad Politicians, bad Engineers  included now, that  I had encountered were in  Alberta, even in Calgary, Edmonton.. it seems many of  the bad people, the big liars, big crooks went now  there first..

(Mat 21:18 KJV)  Now in the morning as he returned into the city, he hungered. 19  And when he saw a fig tree in the way, he came to it, and found nothing thereon, but leaves only, and said unto it, Let no fruit grow on thee henceforward for ever. And presently the fig tree withered away. 20  And when the disciples saw it, they marvelled, saying, How soon is the fig tree withered away! 21  Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. 22  And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.

.

Jesus himself  clearly expressed rightful anger at the House of Israel, as well at a fig tree.. and he rightfully acted upon his righteous anger too

.

Since Jesus in regard to the fig tree, the nation of Israel as well, after a reasonable season he next  found “nothing but leaves” – leaves without any taqsh- he knew that “it was an absolutely hopeless, fruitless fig tree” and he clearly said so as much

.

(Mat 3:8 KJV)  Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:

.

This applies now to Alberta even..

.

.
And I thought that Alberta was bad till is started to visit  the doctors, hospitals not only in Alberta but also in Quebec.
.
One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves.  That also includes the too many bad cops we seem to have now too, and bad civil and public servants too, bad politicians..
One of the best way that I have discovered to get to know what a  person is really like, is work with him  just for one whole day,.. and   what   you now saw next.. lying, bullying, control freak.. includes cops, politicians, doctors, nurses, pastors  too.

Libel, slander, verbal abuse of others on the net can still get one in plenty of trouble in the courts as well… Even telling the truth has to be balanced with Compassionate (Gal 6:1 KJV)  Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Cyber Bullies like to tell the lie that slander, libel, bullying is an acceptable free right of expression of the internet  cause they are liars like the devil their father.. it never is..

“Canadian model wins right to unmask online bully in the U.S. Updated Wed. Aug. 19 2009 1:10 PM ET CTV.ca   Canadian model Liskula Cohen is used to the sometimes catty attitudes of the New York fashion world, but when one woman decided to dig her claws into her in an online blog, Cohen fought back.  In August 2008, Cohen ran across a blog on Blogger.com, called “Skanks in NYC.” The now defunct blog included five anonymous postings that read “I would have to say the first-place award for ‘Skankiest in NYC’ would have to go to Liskula Gentile Cohen.”  The posts included pictures of 5-foot-10 blond Cohen and an unidentified man in sexually suggestive positions, with captions describing her as a “skanky ho'” and “a psychotic, lying, whoring skank.”  Cohen, 37, a Canadian-born cover girl who has appeared in Vogue and other fashion magazines, was livid and demanded that Google, the owner of the blogging service, give her the poster’s identity. When Google refused, Cohen took it to court — and won.   On Tuesday, New York Supreme Court Judge Joan Madden agreed that Cohen was entitled to information about the blogger and ordered Google to turn it over.  In her ruling, Madden cited a Virginia court decision in a similar case that found that online bullies should be held accountable when they cause injury.  “The protection of the right to communicate anonymously must be balanced against the need to assure that those persons who choose to abuse the opportunities presented by this medium can be made to answer for such transgressions,” the judge said, quoting the Virginia decision.  Google complied with the ruling Tuesday evening, submitting the creator’s IP address and e-mail address — all that is required to register for a blog on Blogger.com.  Cohen told ABC’s “Good Morning America” Wednesday that she immediately recognized the blogger, describing her as an acquaintance who was a regular fixture at dinners and parties. Cohen has not revealed the blogger’s name publicly.  Cohen and her lawyer, Steven Wagner, said they are now planning a defamation suit against the blogger. Cohen alleges the blog has been harmful to her career and that prospective clients would question her about the blog and what she was doing in the photos.  While Wagner said he was happy the court recognized that “the Internet is not a place where people can freely defame people,” the attorney for the blogger disputed the judge’s reasoning.  Anne Salisbury  warned that Monday’s ruling has “potentially damaging implications for free speech on the Internet.”   After the ruling, a Google spokesman expressed sympathy for “cyber bullying” victims but said the company only divulged the user information because it was ordered to do so by a court.  “We sympathize with anyone who may be the victim of cyber bullying. We also take great care to respect privacy concerns and will only provide information about a user in response to a subpoena or other court order,” Google’s Andrew Pederson said. ” http://www.ctv.ca/servlet/ArticleNews/story/CTVNews/20090819/cohengoogle_090819/20090819?hub=Canada

Google Helps Canadian Courts ID Gmail Users  Hard OCP – ‎  I know sometimes we sound like a broken record when it comes to this kind of stuff but with companies coughing up your info at the drop of a hat, trying to hide behind an e-mail addy or IP address isn’t too smart these days.

York U wins court order to reveal authors of accusatory emails Varsity

There is still a separation between appropriate speech and inappropriate speech, a separation between freedom of speech, expressing one’s views, opinions and the delivered, deliberate conscious propagation of hatred towards a specific group or person.

OTTAWA — A ruling from a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal member says a controversial law banning Internet hate messages is unconstitutional because it violates free speech protections. Athanasios Hadjis ruled Wednesday that section 13 of the Canadian Human Rights Act violates Charter protections. While this decision doesn’t throw out the law – that’s something for the courts – it did let accused hatemonger Marc Lemire off the hook, because Hadjis refused to penalize him or order him to stop posting his messages on the net. on his site.   Lemire was accused of posting anti-Semitic and anti-gay material on web sites in a complaint brought by Ottawa lawyer Richard Warman. Warman has become an Internet watchdog for such material and the main section 13 complainant before the tribunal. He had asked for a cease-and-desist order against Lemire and a $7,500 fine. Canadian Jewish Congress was quick to call for an appeal of the Canadian Human Rights Tribunal member   Hadjis ruling. “We strongly disagree with his decision not to impose a cease-and-desist order,” said Joel Richler, an honorary legal counsel to the congress.  The congress said other tribunal members have found the section to be constitutional and the courts should be asked to clarify the matter.

The Ruling from a Canadian Human Rights Tribunal member says a controversial law banning Internet hate messages is unconstitutional because it violates free speech protections. Refrence the human rights act section 13.1, which says it is a violation to disseminate material on the Internet that is “likely to expose a person or persons to hatred or contempt”  If the example is followed by other tribunal members, it could mean an end to section 13 cases.  In a special report issued in June, the commission asked Parliament to change the law to eliminate the fines and provide a clear, legal definition of what constitutes prohibited hatred. The section has been controversial, with some claiming it spreads too wide a net. The Supreme Court of Canada has said legal action should be reserved only for the most extreme forms of hate.   None of this in any way affects the hate-speech provisions of the Canadian Criminal Code which is completely different legislation, with higher standards of proof and evidence .  Hate accusations can be also  filed with the Canadian Human Rights Commission. If it finds them valid, they are then taken before the tribunal, which can order people to stop posting material on the web or impose fines of up to $10,000.

Google will only remove defamatory material from Blogger when “the material has been found to be defamatory by a court, as evidenced by a court order,” according to Blogger’s terms of service.

and some  bloggers have been now denied any further access to  the net  to make any posts by the courts too..

CP TIVERTON, Ont. – Bruce Power, a nuclear generating facility on the shores of Lake Huron, has fired close to 100 employees at its site at Tiverton, Ont.  Spokesman Ross Lamont says the firings announced Wednesday follow an investigation of code of conduct violations in such areas as email and internet use.   He said that Bruce Power “expects all employees and contractors to live by the code of conduct. ”  Bruce Power, about 250 kilometres northwest of Toronto, employs about 3,000 people.  http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/capress/090910/national/nuclear_plant_firings

It is still up to the courts or the Human Rights commissions  firstly to confirm, to define what is actually libelous, slanderous, a hate email message..  and someone’s else’s  statement and opinions  on the subject does not count. But to be on the safe side if you want to avoid court costs, ligation, if you are unsure if what you write is libel, slanderous, prosecutable better not post it on the net. Wrongfully accusing someone of posting a hate message or being a racists clearly can  be challenged in courts as a hate message itself and prosecutable.

Note all of this really is a non brainer for any cyber bully who falsely believe that free speech allows them to say whatever they want personally against some else, individual, individuals, or a group .

(Mat 5:22 KJV) But I say unto you, That whosoever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and whosoever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.
James 4:1  From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members? :2  Ye lust, and have not: ye kill, and desire to have, and cannot obtain: ye fight and war, yet ye have not, because ye ask not. 3  Ye ask, and receive not, because ye ask amiss, that ye may consume it upon your lusts. 4  Ye adulterers and adulteresses, know ye not that the friendship of the world is enmity with God? whosoever therefore will be a friend of the world is the enemy of God. 5  Do ye think that the scripture saith in vain, The spirit that dwelleth in us lusteth to envy? 6  But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble. 7  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. 8  Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded. 9  Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness. 10  Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

I was really saddened to note that too many of the abuses I have witnessed were done by bad , greedy people trying to steal , them trying to get other people’s money for themselves, stealing the money, or getting it under false pretenses. The love of more money is still the basis of what many of the wrong doings is, was all about..

(1 Tim 6:6 KJV) But godliness with contentment is great gain.

(1 Tim 6:17 KJV) Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy;

(Psa 37:16 KJV) A little that a righteous man hath is better than the riches of many wicked. 17 For the arms of the wicked shall be broken: but the LORD upholdeth the righteous.

Many years ago some one had said that most marriage problems, divorce are over the issue of money.. some are, but many marriages break down are due to uncontrolled lusts of the flesh, and unforgiveness as well.. But I would agree that many problems amongst so called Christians, including church fights are often over over money, the control over it, and many professing Christians depart from the faith over the false lust for more money and what money can buy for them.

“Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them. For they that are such serve not our Lord Jesus Christ, but their own belly; and by good words and fair speeches deceive the hearts of the simple.” -Romans 16:17-18 KJV

God does not at all  not not allow, accept any human rights, verbal and physical abuses and neither should we.. And  Exemplary public exposure of the Bullies, abusers, the bad, guilty persons serves everyone’s best interest next too. God undeniably himself does not show false partialities . Shout the abuses, sins truth from the housetops.. Any Children of God even who are verbally abused they will next be also physically abused if the matter is not adequately dealt with ASAP{.. Abusing others is a common reaction of the carnal flesh and is brought on by many different reasons such as 1: unfulfilled lusts or 2:  a spoiled child syndrome who tries to get their own way by whatever method it can 3: sibling rivalry 4: people who have no or little moral values, respect of others 5: one’s parental influence and upbringing..6: demon possessed persons, etc. The devil, demons and demon seduced persons, professing Christian persons falsely, wrongfully take false delight in slandering, abusing, bashing others and their evident fruits of hatred alone shows how false they themselves now are too. they clearly had, do manifest the opposite of the fruit of the Holy Spirit which is love. ,

Let me tell you we do not have to accept human rights abuse that is a lie of the devil.. in this world we have the same rights as the bully even the right to see that a bully is punished for abusing us.. God is not ignorant about the injustices inflicted upon his people, nor does he accept any of our human rights abuses without punishing the abusers shortly.. see the Bible book of Esther if you have doubts..

Est 9:25 But when Esther came before the king, he commanded by letters that his wicked device, which he devised against the Jews, should return upon his own head, and that he and his sons should be hanged on the gallows.

Did you know that sibling rivalry, abuse is one of the most common forms of family violence? Siblings will use physical violence because they have learned it from their parents, a bad mother or a bad father, or other adults. In fact, one study found that 76% of the children who were repeatedly abused by their parents also abused their siblings.. and their spouse next too http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2008/12/26/young-offenders/

People who have been abused ironically will also next abuse others.. . Free speech has never been a right to bully, slander, degrade, abuse anyone anywhere for that matter basically anyway, not even a religious or a political group.
“Whoever slanders his neighbor in secret, him will I put to silence…him will I not endure” (Psa. 101:5). “You speak continually against your brother and slander your own mother’s son…But I will rebuke you and accuse you to your face!” (Psa. 50:20-21).”
The verbal and mental  abusers often known as control freaks, or bullies, and then there are the physical abusers. The sad reality is abusers rarely change unless they are made personally to face some severe negative consequences, and the older they are the more severe it seems it has to be..
First you merely ask the guilty, bad persons personally to repent twice, the first time without a witness, the second time with witnesses THAT you have asked them to repent.. and proof, substantiation is NOT required.. after you have done that you can next post it openly on the net, tell all the others. Next God is fully free to deal with the unrepentant guilty offenders and believe me he will.. I have now been doing for decades too..
A self conceited, loud mouthed preacher wanted to meet with me to discuss my faults, so next  I had said to him I would gladly consent to such as meeting if I in return can have the same right with him.. I was next surprised by his response, forget it..  All personal submission is now still non enforceable even by Church pastors, elders but it is also still mutual as well, reciprocal.
Why do even professing Christian  post lies, slander on the net now? What hidden agenda do they realy have? It could be that they want to be worshipped solely, to receive alone all the praise of others for a start.. they falsely want to be the sole center of attention.. even  sibling rivalry..  Sadly some  professing Christians are abusive, they do try to dominate, do disrespect others, and falsely try to censure others, do lie about and slander them as well. These abuses. sins, wrong doings are always still a personal choice that has nothing fully  to do with one’s  persons personal political or religious beliefs, experiences now too. Slandering, lying about, calling a specific person false names, personal attacks, in a church or even on any public forum is still unacceptable now even if you are a Christian, a Baptist or a Plymouth Brethren  now too.

As you can also read in some of my posts here too I also rightfully do not hesitate to call the police, fully expose  to all,  anyone, cops or church pastors included,  who lies about me, slanders me, abuses me or any others too.

An Ontario Superior Court judge has ordered a pair of website owners to turn over identifying information about eight people being accused of defamation after posting anonymous comments. Kershman cited a 2004 case that said privacy cannot be used to protect a person from the application of civil or criminal liability, and that privacy rights must be balanced against the rights of other interests and the public interest. https://postedat.wordpress.com/2009/03/27/ontario-judge-orders-website/

Libel, slander, verbal abuse of others on the net can still get one in plenty of trouble in the courts as well…

Even telling the truth has to be balanced with Compassionate (Gal 6:1 KJV) Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Also “I have attended many churches as I have lived in most parts of Canada. One constant across most churches, that I have observed, is the institutional obsession with gossip. It is one sin that we happily overlook because it is so much fun to find the ‘dirt’ on one person or another”. Most evangelical pastors do slander and gossip also. “The Greek word we translate “gossip” only appears one time in the New Testament, in 2 Cor. 12:20, where it is katalalia, which means backbiting, evil speaking, defamation. The root of katalalia is to utter words that talk against or to go as a slanderer. This is compared with the whisperer of Romans 1:29, or the slanderer or backbiter (katalalos, same root) of Romans 1:30. What interests me is that bigoted Christians love to parade the anti-homosexual bias of these verses ) but ignore the bits against whisperers and backbiters,” and divorce, adultery. What 55 percent of the evangelical pastors commit adultery, and on top of that they also now do lie, steal, slander- gossip, abuse others. Unacceptable. It is thus no surprise now then their followers do often as well..”

I have never been hated so much anywhere by any religious groups as I have been by Brethren and Baptist Christians, pastors when they find out I am a Pentecostal … their evident fruits of hatred alone shows how false they themselves now are too. they clearly had, do manifest the opposite of the fruit of the Holy Spirit which is love. https://postedat.wordpress.com/2008/09/06/the-power-of-god/

The ungodly, unholy wars now amongst Christians and on the net are still all shameful.. even those bad Persons who profess to be Christians but use the courts to dissolve their marriage over pastoral counseling.. Some people sadly, wrongfully still do try to make themselves feel better by getting dirt on others, but that is a futile ,vain, empty approach firstly…. https://postedat.wordpress.com/2009/08/19/reality-2/

I have often rightfully said, asked that we  should in fairness not discriminate and investigate not just all of the civil, public servants, politicians, in reality but also all the pastors, evangelists, preachers and annually now fairly in all of the denominations not just a few Pentecostal ones  even for alcoholism, drug usage,  possible tax evasions, abuse of donated funds, lies, slander.. . https://postedat.wordpress.com/2008/09/22/much-too-many-wolves-in-sheep-clothing/

Do see my other posts on liars, bullies, bashers, control freaks, etc.. persons with a hidden agenda, like the false dispensationalists who are too often still seeking self glorifications, being worshipped by others..

(Jer 17:5 KJV) Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man that trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD. 6 For he shall be like the heath in the desert, and shall not see when good cometh; but shall inhabit the parched places in the wilderness, in a salt land and not inhabited.

(Jer 17:7 KJV) Blessed is the man that trusteth in the LORD, and whose hope the LORD is. 8 For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters, and that spreadeth out her roots by the river, and shall not see when heat cometh, but her leaf shall be green; and shall not be careful in the year of drought, neither shall cease from yielding fruit.

Thumbs up: Top 5 most recommended comments

Taser use continues to be a divisive issue, provoking strong reaction in Canadians across the country.

Over 800 of you weighed in on the story of a Southern Alberta man who died after an RCMP officer used a stun gun to subdue him, though investigators say it’s “unclear whether the device was successfully deployed.”

Here are your top five most recommended comments.

  • 713 recommend: “From the article: “Police gave few details, but said they used a Taser on the man…. “The adult male then experienced medical distress and was immediately provided with emergency medical assistance.” Sorry RCMP – WE DON’T BELIEVE YOU!We all now know that: “Provided with emergency medical assistance” is code for kneeling on someone’s back until they stop breathing.I sure hope there is dashcam video footage or civilian video footage, because, as we know, anything a RCMP spokesperson says when someone is killed with a Taser is nothing more than deceitful lies.” — effects

“I used to work for Nortel. If one of the phones ever killed anyone the entire product line would have been recalled. Phones aren’t suppose to kill anyone.
Neither are tasers. Why has this product line not been recalled? Why do the police insist on using this product which is defective x% of the time. Why does our government let the company continue business, and let the police continue use a defective product?” — reddwarf

“””The adult male then experienced medical distress and was immediately provided with emergency medical assistance. The male was transported to Brooks Hospital where he later died,” police said. ”

  • TRANSLATION: The man began acting wonky, so they tased him a couple more times, then realized that he probably needed an amulance.” — Intelics

“Somehow, I feel sure the RCMP will say that the man who was “observed to be injured”, died of his injuries, not their taser. I also supsect that the RCMP “investigation” started with a look around to see if anyone recorded the incident, so they could confiscate the evidence. Of course, we could wonder why an injured man needed to be tasered. We could demand that the police stop killing people with this particular toy. We could fuss and debate on CBC about the wretched system that always exonerates or protects the police, no matter what they do. (they’ll still do it) Such is the state of the public’s lack of trust in the RCMP” — zedinbc

“You can be sure that the RCMP will check very carefully to see whether there was any video of the incident before they decide what story they will put out.

  • Let’s see, pick one:

    1. He was holding a dangerous weapon, and WE FEARED FOR OUR LIVES.
    2. He was in excited delirium.
    3. We didn’t actually TASER him. He was, um, hit by lightning yeah, – in two places centimetres apart, which left little red welts.” — Michael W

IN KEEPING UP WIT THEIR BAD RCMP IMAGE  Three men in British Columbia are demanding an investigation into what they claim was a nightmarish case of mistaken identity after they were allegedly beaten by RCMP officers and bitten by a police dog in a raid last year. A senior RCMP officer in the province has apologized for a Nov. 7, 2008, raid on a Surrey apartment building, in which members of the force’s emergency response team smashed in a number of doors, including that of Iranian refugee Emad Hovaizavi. On Monday, the three men will ask the Commission for Public Complaints Against the RCMP, an independent agency created by Parliament, to examine what happened.

(John 8:7 KJV)  So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.

(1 Tim 6:11 KJV)  But thou, O man of God, flee these things; and follow after righteousness, godliness, faith, love, patience, meekness.

    (2 Tim 2:25 KJV)  In meekness instructing those that oppose themselves; if God peradventure will give them repentance to the acknowledging of the truth;

(Titus 3:2 KJV)  To speak evil of no man, to be no brawlers, but gentle, showing all meekness unto all men.

(James 3:13 KJV)  Who is a wise man and endued with knowledge among you? let him show out of a good conversation his works with meekness of wisdom.

(1 Pet 3:15 KJV)  But sanctify the Lord God in your hearts: and be ready always to give an answer to every man that asketh you a reason of the hope that is in you with meekness and fear:

It is a fact of life, and very likely now as well that when an evangelical pastor, sins, falls, it is not a sudden event but generally a gradual long term one, the unrepentant and un -confessed sins now have been building up for a long time in reality. I have next  noticed also  the false partiality that has been applied here as well the last half a century,  in that when a Pentecostal Pastor, sins, falls, the sin is too readily expressed world wide,  on the net as well.  In contrast when a fundamental, Baptist, Brethren pastor sins, everyone hushes it up and quotes their Bible justification in  (1 Char 16:22 KJV)  Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm.

    such real unacceptable hypocrisy rather.

(2 Cor 6:17 KJV)  Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,
