 NBC

 The National Bank of Canada takes a very arrogant approach, it treats it’s customers like crap, they refuse to answer legitimate questions asked of them, they are clearly immoral and liars  too

It is an accepted fact that when I  buy a service from a firm, that I  get a  monthly or annually written  bill, written invoice firstly for the service  and that includes the telecommunication firms,  Internet providers –  a Bill of which I  have never gotten in the first place, from the National Bank Of  Canada and thus the National Bank Of Canada they do not have a right to  withdraw money from my Bank Account for the rest of my life just cause they  are my bank  as they have illegally  done so in my case.

Someone at the National Bank of Canada (BNC –NBC)  that I have been dealing with for over 20 years had lied and said that I had applied for  some kind of insurance and they had  stolen my money monthly from my bank account even this  July August 2014 but  rather  this time the Bank account in July and August  was empty cause firstly I  never authorized such payment and I  had also gone on  vacation and was not using this account.  I use this account mainly only from my MasterCard. I needed a BNC bank account to have a MasterCard.

I had just returned from my holidays and found I had a bank balance due of $90.38 , because those latest  deposited NBC cheques had bounced.. and was charged for such too..
 .
The National Bank of Canada receptionist that I visited face to face today NOW said  firstly could not help me at all and she also said that  visiting my local branch was a waste of them as they cannot access my records too.  She rather asked me to phone head office at 514 –394-5555 as they had participated in the thefts..
 .
But next when I had phoned them and tried to talk to them they told me they can provide me with no details on any of the past bank  transactions and so I was told  to phone another number 1-877-871-7500, and next was cut off at 514 –394-5555  twice when I tried to get some decent explanations.
 .
The same BNC  bank has no written authorization of me requesting  any insurance, ANNUALLY AS WELL..
 .
The next NBC employee ON THE PHONE at  1-877-871-7500, she also said still could not help me, and she could give me no details of the transactions, even as to the insurance detail   and she said  could not waste time on me as she has more important customers over me  and she passed me to someone else..  Just more and more NBC  buck passing,

and so they now DO EVEN make me wait and wait at 1-877-871-7500,
 .
for over one hour I  have been on the phone  with NBC now too  and no one at NBC can give me a straight, decent answer…
 .
And so someone new  came on the phone line 1-877-871-7500, who could not provide me now with any info.. and she said she did not know what  was “ Missc ACC NBC Assistance $22.88” was, and she too put me on hold,
 .
And  next she  later came back and said I had gotten credit card loss insurance years ago that was automatically renewed each year without my knowledge and approval too, which was all new news to me.. cause an NBC employs this June had phoned me and said she wanted to offer me such same insurance AS I DID NOT HAVE IT  and I had specially said to her no I  do not want it.. ..

The NEW NBC EMPLOYEE on the phone 1-877-871-7500, next she refused to help me any further and refused to give me a phone number at head office.. or of her boss.. she says she has no Phone numbers to give me  and she had asked me to wait while she put me on hold again and again.. She says I  have to write to Head office only with my complaint. I was talking to NBC already about this my complaint of my money being stolen so . why do I  have to write it in detail now too?
 .
BUT FINALLY SHE said she cannot give me a phone number BUT  SAID SOMEONE WILL CALL ME BACK, AND WHEN??? NO ONE FROM THE NBC CALLED ME BACK. This SAD, POOR NBC service is totally unacceptable. Really Now..
 .
Please review the whole matter ASAP and get back to me.
 .
I also  STILL DO want  to a talk to a real competent person at NBC who can help me . One who does not waste my time..

PS The NBC admits they have never even once given me a written detail for their past, present services to me related to their false withdrawals of my money from my bank account as they do not have too. They still have falsely refused to give me a written detail of the services they provided to me as well.
 .
I want you all to note also that an add on misleading, a one sided   note such as “notify us of any inaccuracies  within 30 days” on the bottom of any  Bank account statement or any written  notifications  is not legally binding , not a part of the contractual obligation, and has been rejected by the courts themselves  because it has not been priory, specially  mutually accepted, specifically signed upon by both  parties of  the contract.

Finally in the late after noon Sept 5, 2014 the National Bank Representative at my bank on Newman had called me and said they will refund the overdrawn fines, but they insisted I had to report their theft within 30 days to which I had already done so I replied

Next she said she alone was going to handle the issue.. She said she will get back to me on the details of my  bank withdraws. When I did not hear from her for a week Friday Sept 13, at 3.00 PM, 2014  I went to the bank and I talked to her face to face, firsthand.. She had not returned the money as she had promised.. she told next that me she was not allowed to deal with the issue anymore and she did not even call me back.. so the NBC are liars, who do not keep their promises, word and they cannot be trusted.. The National Bank has received all of  this email from me and they have not denied any of the contents of mine nor have they replied to them too.

Again  firstly I had never had received a monthly or an annually invoice, Bill, or the exact detail of their posted services,  charges to me as required by law even  for the last few years  and that was unacceptable otherwise if i was fully  aware of it I would have even cancelled the contract before…

The NBC likes to pretend that I  had entered into a legally binding contractual relationship with them.. that is impossible if I was not fully aware of the costs, the terms, the benefits of the contract evidently now too. But still to date  I  was and still am unaware of what the service NBC had promised to  provide to  me,  even now too.. Me  paying 250 dollars a year for a lost credit card sounds really  absurd.. and next still I had lost my credit cards and I  had never used the NBC  credit card services cause I  was not aware of it’s existence and what it did for me even..  “Despite precedents that show that contracts substantially favouring the party with the greater power often are deemed unconscionable (so unfair as to not be enforceable), lawyers stiff draft them and companies still like them.

 A contract also  is a legally binding fully mutually agreed upon exchange of promises or agreement between competent two parties, persons of legal age too, that the governmental court, the law of the state or province , or country next will enforce. Contract law is based on the Latin phrase pacta sunt servanda (pacts must be kept).   The bottom line is that  the parties generally come to transactions in good faith, mutually trust and full understanding, and not a one way approach, one way demands, one way relationship. A valid contract always requires the mutual parties’ full consent, understandings  which clearly ha snot been the case.. Consent isn’t mutual unless the parties agree on the same thing in the same sense, a clear “meeting of the minds.Look the big Corporations have their massive, lop sided one sided contracts and they are still immoral.. Corporations or not.. Contracts have two parties who have equal say and right, agreement too.. One party now  presenting only their own  their terms, conditions, without the other parties approval, full understanding, full  consent, free will   clearly is still not a valid contract.

A Federal legislation will end fees for getting monthly bills on paper:

The federal government will introduce legislation to end what is called pay-to-pay, that is charging people for a monthly bill on paper. The telecom firms met under the auspices of the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunication Commission on Thursday and agreed to exempt some people, including seniors, the disabled, military vets and people without Internet access. The CRTC said it wasn’t enough. The minister says Canadians expect lower prices and better service from the telecoms. The Public Interest Advocacy Centre has estimated consumers pay $734 million every year in fees to get bills on paper.“We do not believe that Canadians should pay more to receive a paper copy of their telephone or wireless bill,” Moore said. Porking the barrel with extra costs is an immoral business practice. They have a bad motivation for  to keep the extra fees in place for as long as possible. The cost of invoicing a client is a normal business cost.

Finally 22 days later I was able to talk to a person at the NBC after receiving her letter dated  Sept 23,2004, who says she will reply to all of my past written complaints. They have no written consent from me for any withdrawals  but claim they have an unauthorized copy of a telephone conversation with me and I have had requested a copy of it.. Also she has refunded the NSF fees for the amount of $90.00, She also wrote to me that I was treated in ” accordance with the industry standards” and “the CRTC” as well  to which I replied that was not a legal court accepted method, and so far their clearly poor and  buck passing approach has been really unsatisfactory. I may lose a few hundred dollars but they will lose millions because of rightful exposure their abuse, witnessed poor services towards me!
