An Ontario Superior Court judge has ordered a pair of website owners to turn over identifying information about eight people being accused of defamation after posting anonymous comments. Kershman cited a 2004 case that said privacy cannot be used to protect a person from the application of civil or criminal liability, and that privacy rights must be balanced against the rights of other interests and the public interest.He also cited a 2008 child pornography case, in which a judge ruled that a person’s name, address and the name of their spouse are not information that one would expect to keep private from the state under such circumstances.University of Ottawa law professor Michael Geist,   said the court must ensure that a proper balance is struck between the rights of a plaintiff and the privacy and free speech rights of an anonymous poster. In order to do that, it must set a high bar for plaintiffs to meet in order to justify overriding the poster’s rights. Warman is in the process of suing the Fourniers, alleging they “falsely and maliciously published and circulated” information on the site that claimed Warman had posted hateful, racist words. The allegations have not been proven in court..  “In my view, the defendants are under an obligation to disclose all documents in their power and control,” Justice Stanley Kershman said in a ruling delivered Monday to defendants Connie Wilkins-Fournier and Mark Fournier of Kingston, Ont., who run the website Free Dominion.  Kershman also ordered the couple to pay $5,000 in costs to the plaintiff in the case, Ottawa human rights lawyer Richard Warman, described by Kershman as an “anti-hate speech advocate.”Warman had requested, for use in a court action, access to documents that would assist in identifying the anonymous posters and their locations, such as:

  • Email addresses and all personal information.
  • The IP addresses of their computers.
  • Documents concerning the establishment and operation of the website, such as hosting agreements, billing information, and website registrant names.

The Fourniers had argued that people using the message boards do so with the expectation of anonymity and may make statements or provide information that they wouldn’t normally with family, friends or co-workers.

It is still up to the courts or the Human Rights commissions  firstly to confirm, to define what is actually libelous, slanderous, a hate email message..  and someone’s else’s  statement and opinions  on the subject does not count. But to be on the safe side if you want to avoid court costs, ligation, if you are unsure if what you write is libel, slanderous, prosecutable better not post it on the net. Wrongfully accusing someone of posting a hate message or accusing them of being a racist  clearly can  be challenged in courts as a hate message itself and prosecutable.

That reminds me there is one lying, slanderous message on the net about me by a poster   who lied and said the police had came to my home cause I wrote a message, spam to the members of parliament and he needs to get his facts straight first, for that never had happened. For no police came to my home, and no police report exists in such a related matter. Writing to the news editors, elected representatives others who post their email address on the net is firstly not spam.. and the same poster now had lied about me and now he clearly can be sued too for slander, hate, etc., and his anonymity will not help cause his trademark name is well known already too.

An Ontario premier had sent the MUC police to my home though as detailed on the net, using my right of free speech and my right to be heard, but still no related charges were filed by the MUC police, I still continued to write to the same bad premier even openly on the net who himself even as a direct result next lost his reelection..

Me being a very prolific write on many topics, having about 30 web sites as well, I expect to step on some toes. In fact I often do encounter people who falsely try to intimidate me, obstruct and suppress justice, threaten to take me to court for my public exposure. And my general reply go ahead we all do need the publicity, and I do first tell the Police I refuse to discuss anything with them unless witnesses are present such as news reporters and they always run away too. I tend to write openly on the web to all too. I still believe in rightful free speech of all..  

it is in Queen’s court records that a Canmore RCMP officer had said to me if you do not shut up we will shut you up for good.. I next did not shut up.. not even about their ongoing bad RCMP acts.

One of the too many false reasons too many patients die in Hospitals is that almost none of the medical staff feel any personal, real, negative repercussions themselves.  That also includes the too many bad cops we seem to have now too, and bad civil and public servants too, bad politicians.. Deerfoot blitz catches speeders  Calgary Herald January 27, 2009 Calgary police are warning motorists to slow down on Deerfoot Trail after handing out nearly 200 traffic tickets during a weekend crackdown on the freeway. The fastest speeder was clocked at 158 km/h and several were stopped doing 130-140 km/h. Two 24-hour licence suspensions were handed out, both before 10 a.m. Police say the drivers were likely still intoxicated from the night before. “I expected the numbers to be high, but 195 summonses by four officers is a lot,” said Sgt. Paul Sieracki with the traffic section. Sieracki said he oversaw the blitz with the four traffic officers.They spent about six hours each day enforcing traffic laws on Deerfoot Saturday and Sunday.
The point was to highlight dangerous driving habits. “Every year, we lose 50 to 60 people due to motor vehicle collisions (throughout the city),” said Sieracki. “These are need-less deaths that can be prevented.” Traffic officers also saw several instances of aggressive driving and changing lanes without signalling. “It doesn’t surprise me at all police were able to charge that many people,”said Ald. The Ontario Provincial Police has impounded one of its own cars and suspended an officer under the province’s year-old street racing legislation.  The OPP intelligence officer, driving an unmarked OPP car, was stopped by a fellow officer on Highway 403 near Brantford for travelling 65 km/h above the posted 100 km/h limit, according to the OPP. The subsequent investigation found the officer was not within the lawful execution of her duties at the time.  In accordance with so-called street racing rules under the Highway Traffic Act – defined as driving 50 km/h over the limit – Detective Const. Heidi Fischer had her driver’s licence suspended and the police car was impounded, both for seven days.  This is the third OPP vehicle impounded under the legislation. This news item substantiates something I have said for decades, police often love to speed, and secondly they also do own some of the hottest, fastest cars as well.. but here I have to say as well that speeding is only 15 percent of the reasons people have car accidents, whereas drunk drivers cause 3 times as much car accidents, 45 percent of accidents , and yet the police do not go after drunk drivers enough  or all the year rather too.. and why is that too now?

Also when William Elliott was appointed RCMP commissioner in 2007, the challenges ahead were monumental.   It fell to Elliott, a career civil servant, to rebuild the tattered remains of our once-proud national police force, and restore public trust in an institution that had badly fallen into disrepute. The 24,000-member force was “horribly broken,” according to an independent review at the time.

Less than two years later, the force is even worse off, and Elliott has failed to deliver. He needs to step aside –or be fired–so someone more effective and trustworthy can again try to restore accountability, transparency and integrity to our damaged Mounties.

Elliott has proven he’s as much out of touch as was his predecessor, Giuliano Zaccardelli. Canadians are rightly outraged by the persistent culture of arrogance, overzealous policing and coverups that have for too long been the norm.

-An independent body of civilians is needed to investigate homicides involving police. It’s obvious that police investigating themselves isn’t working. There have been too many coverups, and the public has lost trust.

-A new commissioner is needed. Elliott has to go. He has lost credibility and can no longer lead this troubled organization back to health.

The iconic tradition of Canada’s Mounties dates back to May 23, 1873. The red serge of their uniforms has come to represent honour, order and a proud past. But red is also the colour of shame. Without drastic change, that will be the sad legacy of this once meaningful organization.

AND THEY NEXT DO TRY  FORCE  THEIR  UNSOLICITED MUSINGS AND OPINIONATED RUBBISH ON OTHER PEOPLE , THEY DIVORCE PEOPLE WHO DO NOT GO ALONG WITH THEM TOO, AND THEY DO HAVE HAVE TO STOP NOW ALL OF THEIR ABUSIVE HARASSMENT BECAUSE MANY PEOPLE ARE JUST FED UP OF IT.   
 
Here also is the reality , there now are just as many crooked, bad  persons on the net, in Christian churches even if they do quote the Bible too still..  as there are bad persons in prison, the only difference is these others bad guys and gals wrongfully have not been exposed, prosecuted yet.. and it does not take much to find them, reveal them to all as well..   REALITY LESS THAN 25 PERCENT OF CHURCH ATTENDEES ARE EVEN REAL CHRISTIANS. AND NEXT 50 PERCENT OF THEM WILL GIVE UP ON THEIR RELIGION TOO.

‘The most moral army in the world’ killed civilians without cause’ JERUSALEM–Israeli soldiers killed unarmed Palestinian civilians without provocation or warning and vandalized their property during this country’s January offensive in Gaza, say some of the soldiers who fought there. In one incident, Israeli soldiers apparently herded a Palestinian family into a single room of their house and left them there, while the troops took positions upstairs and also set up a sniper’s post on the roof. Several days later, soldiers instructed the family to leave the house, directing them to depart the area by heading to the right. They neglected to inform the sharpshooter on the roof what they were doing. One mother and her two children mistakenly turned to the left and were promptly shot dead by the rooftop sniper. “He shot them straight away,” the squad leader said during the college discussion. “I don’t think he felt too bad about it, because, after all, as far as he was concerned, he did his job according to the orders he was given.” The same squad leader reported a general attitude of contempt for Palestinian civilians, a mindset that enabled Israeli soldiers to engage in callous or sometimes lethal behaviour. “I don’t know how to describe it,” he said. “The lives of Palestinians, let’s say, is something very, very less important than the lives of our soldiers.  “So, as far as they are concerned, they can justify it that way.”  In another incident, a company commander is said to have ordered his troops to shoot and kill an elderly woman walking past them at a distance of about 100 metres.  You do not get the impression from the officers that there is any logic to it – to write `Death to the Arabs’ on the walls, to take family pictures and spit on them, just because you can,” said a squad leader who opposed the order.  Oher soldiers described widespread abuses of property. “We would throw everything out the windows to make room and order,” said one soldier.  Everything in the house was tossed out the windows – refrigerators, plates, furniture. The order was to throw all of the house’s contents outside.” Human rights groups have harshly criticized the Israeli military for its conduct of the war in Gaza – including the use of white phosphorus, a chemical harmful to humans – but the reports published here yesterday were the first documented accounts by Israeli soldiers themselves about widespread abuses. The Palestinian Center for Human Rights, which conducted a survey of casualties, says a total of 1,417 people were killed, including 926 civilians during the 22-day offensive. “Shoot and don’t worry about the consequences,” was the message from the top commanders, he said. Speaking of a lieutenant colonel who briefed the troops, Mr. Marmor said, “His whole demeanor was extremely gung ho. This is very, very different from my usual experience. I have been doing reserve duty for 12 years, and it was always an issue how to avoid causing civilian injuries. He said in this operation we are not taking any chances. Morality aside, we have to do our job. So still now  what really is needed  firstly is not more CHEAP, PRETENTIOUS  self regulations,   the supposed discipline of their members , or even their ensuring their education, but real INSPECTIONS, EFFECTIVENESS , competency testing.

One Calgary Mayor, One federal Prime Minister and one Ontario Conservative Premier already sent their police watchdogs 6 times to my home to try discouraging me from writing my own views on their acts to major news editors.. all 3 of those persons now are out of office but I am still writing. BC and Alberta, Ontario Federal and provincial Conservative Ministers have falsely tried to intimidate me now as well..

I have about 30 internet sites, and hundreds if not thousands of posted messages too.. and yet the only 2 complaints that the sites have received were those post most negative about the RCMP..

my most popularity read posts of a few hundred different topics deal with the subject of Harper’s church the Christian Missionary alliance church, The Toronto airport Christian Fellowship church, the RCMP, Steven Harper and the Conservatives, and Bell- Sympatico, the CRTC.. and I often get lies and hate messages from Conservatives, evangelical pastors in Reponses. Not the people i would have expected it from firstly too..

I had even written about this yesterday too.. Conservative’s one sided attack on others, by Harper as well are most unfair. Telling the truth about the Conservatives immoral, bad acts is often falsely rejected as being hateful.. but it is not hate when the Conservatives do it??? The “ people who act irresponsibly in the name of freedom are almost never willing to take responsibility for their actions.” – Prime Minister Stephen Harper, who now also should apply this firstly still to himself and his own Conservative party and not merely preach it to others. It absolutely amazes me still as to how Stephen Harper and the Conservatives are so ready to preach about, to see the supposed sins of the Liberals, and yet they cannot firstly see their own sins, when they do the very same thing that they are accusing the liberals, others of doing.. and now why is that?

I have also clearly said that to many Conservative party supporters, the professing Christian ones included now are big liars, hypocrites, and that is undeniable now as well for decades too especially in the West and elsewhere. Canadian Conservatives loudly they claim they believe in democracy, their rights, their freedom of speech, their own right to be heard, their right to govern, but they next do too often do rather deny me my own right of free speech, my rebuttal of their lies, my detail post of their immoral acts, on the net and elsewhere openly under some false excuse, and that evidently to all now makes them liars. They also to often tend not to hesitate to abuse me, slander me, bully me, and that makes them perverts too. They really do not care about the truth, other people’s rights but mainly and solely their own it seems for sure. I too have now learned along time ago that the bad men and bad women like to disguise themselves as good persons too and they like to , want to have all the sole rights, the rights to do all the talking as well, and all it takes for these evil persons to continue to prosper is for the good persons to do nothing, well real life does not work that well, I thus do not mind, do not hesitate to tell the truth, even if they falsely label is hate, vile, and i do not mind to expose the liars, cheats, thieves, con men, imposters and to rightfully demand their persecution and incarceration too, no matter who they they they are, or how important they now do think they are.

Don’t Believe Everything You Read, or see

I was reminded by these verses how what we often do read, hear  is mostly lies, on the interent, TV and radio.. lies because at the most often they are just half truths.. just a part of the story.

Believe it or not. I do not write freely on the net  cause I  want to, or to become rich or famous,

in reality I would rather be doing something else   but I write cause God told me to write…

even cause there are mostly false prophets on the net and elsewhere..

even false preacher who falsely are uplifting self and not Jesus,

We live in an era of too much information; an era wherein anyone/everyone can post whatever they want to post on the Internet—unchecked, unverified, unaccountable, unhindered, and unstoppable. Rumors, gossip, baseless accusations, outright lies, fear-mongering, hate rhetoric, hoaxes, slander/libel, and false information now litter the Internet.

So today’s word of advise from me to all of you is: BE CAREFUL!!!

Most tragic is how so-called “Christians” are contributing to this proliferation of misinformation and disinformation throughout cyberspace. It’s almost beyond belief that individuals supposedly indwelt by the Holy Spirit could be partakers of such activity. But the facts show that a significant number of “Christian” blogs & websites have indeed become dedicated to attacking others; more specifically, dedicated to attacking other Christians!

And such attacks are not just limited to simple assaults on other points of view, but penetrate into the realm of questioning another person’s Christianity, misrepresenting the faith of others, and deliberately seeking to destroy the reputation of various public figures (i.e., fellow believers). These persons have actually formed a new “cult” of sorts. This “cult,” which I have termed the “Cult of Online Discernment Ministries (ODMs),” has demonstrated that its real mission/ministry is the destruction of fellow Christians with whom they disagree. Ironically, they do it under the guise of defending the faith against cults and false doctrine via apologetics/discernment.

The result has been a great division within the church—unnecessary division because their attacks are based on things that have NOTHING to do with doctrinal teachings or whether or not a person is in the church. They base their attacks on:

– political views,
– methods of preaching,
– preferred styles of music/dress,
– different perspectives on various non-essentials of the faith,
– positions on eschatology,
– public friendships/associations they enjoy with certain believers/unbelievers
– certain verbiage used to communicate biblical truths

The targets of these Online Discernment Ministries (ODMs) are summarily labeled heretics, false teachers, deceivers, conspiratorial players in some Antichrist scenario, apostates, fake brethren who lead fake churches, compromisers, New Age sympathizers—the list goes on and on. Unfortunately, the way these people/ministries make their charges stick is by use of:

– half-truths,
– false information,
– outright lies,
– faulty reasoning,
– unsubstantiated assumptions,
– quotes taken out of context, and
– manipulation of facts

As a public figure, I myself have been enduring this kind of persecution for years—as have several of my friends and associates in ministry. It’s been discouraging, frustrating, and painful to witness. So, for the sake of all that is good, right, true, just and biblical—don’t believe everything you read on the Internet:

– Test all things, and hold fast to that which is good (1 Thess. 5:21).
– Verify information before you simply believe it.
– Go to the actual sources of isolated quotes that sound damning (they’re often taken out of context).
– Contact, if you can, the person being attacke and ask them for confirmation of what you’ve heard.

And for those of you who, like me, have had unkind/untrue things said about them on the Internet, hang in there. JUDGMENT WILL ONE DAY COME.

I close these word of warning/caution with a quote taken from someone who, in my personal opinion (as a professional apologist for over 15 years), is one of the worst of the worst ODMs. This ODM has posted her attacks repeatedly against God’s people and encourages others to do likewise (very much like Jezebel encouraged false charges to be brought against God’s people, see 1 Kings 21:10). She stated the following in one of her recent posts:

“Technology affords so many opportunities now to communicate with others and the world that can be used for good. It also offers us many new snares and opportunities to sin. . . . [W]e need to be ready to examine ourselves and honestly look at our motives and behavior in light of God’s Word. If we can’t control the temptation a technology brings, we need to do rapid surgery and get rid of it so that Satan does not gain a foothold in our lives. If we can use a technology for God’s glory with a clear conscience, we need to carry on and thank God for the opportunity.”

Indeed. I couldn’t agree more with this individual. Now, let us all pray that such people will begin following their own words of counsel and in so doing, not only avoid hypocrisy, but also avert God’s judgment and God’s chastisement in their lives.

(Note: Not all websites/blogs committed to offering discernment/apologetics information is included in this category of Online Discernment Ministries. I am exclusively applying that term to a very specific kind of apologetic/discernment organization/person that is active on the Internet. These types of persons/organizations are more akin to witch-hunters than professional apologists or even lay/responsible apologists.)

We are often warned to still be  on   guard against false prophets; they come to us looking like sheep on the outside; but on the inside they are really like wild wolves. On the net now too…  and one way I often recognize that the devil is speaking, is the clear abscence of love.. the demonic presentation is cold, icy cold.  . where the post clearly  is based on the projection of self-righteousness, mistrust, suspicion, and fear. A fundamental Christian radio station in Red Deer Alberta , from Alberta’s once A Bible belt too, wrote to me today and said they deny that Canada’s professing Christian, evangelcial Prime Miniser  Stephen Harper and his colleagues do , drinks beer, wine, alcohol, and that  Harper even  distributes any of it to others, cause real the Christians do not do this.
 
 
Are they right or wrong about you to? Do openly tell us all. Stephen Harper some PEOPLE do think you are a real Christian, are you deliberate now misleading them here too again? I am an abstainer and I do not give out any smokes,  playboy or wine too at any of my events.. and as Christians what about you Prime Minister Stephen Harper and Preston Manning too? but I do not believe rightfully either of you are real Christians.. for many good reasons now too. We all do even  need to seriously know, differentiate between how God now deals with the wicked, those persons deliberately disobedient to him, he God does not go along with them for sure .. God’s grace of forgiveness even does not extend to everyone..
 
 
No matter what the goal is, or how valueable it maybe,  leading others to Christ included, the ends do not justify the means by anyone, pastors, elders, deacons, others , and cheating, lying, stealing included now.. How you get there is as important as where you are going. Asked also now Moses and all the people of Israel who missed the promised Land cause they had simply refused to do it God’s way.
