They don’t even know that they don’t know it

A lot of times.when people DON’T KNOW something they don’t just not know it but they don’t even know that they don’t know it..

Guilty, tried and convicted outside of the courts tends to apply mainly for the ordinary citizens but not for police, public and civil servants, politicians..

Unarmed Eric Garner died at the age of 43 after being mobbed by a number of New York City police officers and specifically put in a choke hold by a police officer.

We need to have honest, peaceful debate over Ferguson and Eric Garner’s murder, and we need to remember there are the spin doctors who misdirect us by stating that the victim himself was responsibly for his own death, even by his resisting arrest, by his own poor health, and by stating that there are hundreds of thousand of men and women who serve in law enforcement who also do die protecting us while in reality more citizens have been killed by the police over the number of cops by bad guys too.

The reality is that hardened criminals and hardened policeman are an acceptable threat to anyone and both need to be equally prosecuted by the law. It is necessary to get both of these type of bad people of the streets.

An unarmed White male in Orange TX., was shot and killed by a black police officer,decorated veteran Lance Cpl. James Whitehead (USMC) his family is still waiting for justice. The black shooter, Robert Arnold, was not in uniform and did not have a badge when he shot Whitehead. He is now suing the city to get back on the police force. Then there’s Dillion Taylor of Salt Lake City Utah, another unarmed White male shot and killed by a hispanic police officer…

One of the first stages of personal grief is denial and not rather acceptance

Follow the money trail, one of the oldest rules of good journalism, it will tell you how effective the ministers, cops, RCMP, civil and public servants, professionals, now really are too.

How do they abuse your tax money?

You know I get a kick out of those lying spin doctors, police officers, bad cops, union representatives, police lovers, bad PERSONS who STILL DO say that ALL OF bad people, INCLUDING the ALCOHOLICS, the bad cops and their bad supervisors too they can always be rehabilitated, retrained.. and how many millions of them now has this happened to them.. almost none.. a bad apple tends to get worse.. The RCMP maximum 10 days punishment is always absurd, permanent dismissal is what is always needed with the bad cops and their clearly bad superiors who had managed and hired them too.. Bad solicitor generals as well should be fired ASAP. ABOUT THOSE PEOPLE IN DENIAL WHO CANNOT ADMIT ANY PERSONAL WRONG DOINGS, SINS NOW THEY ARE IN A FALSE DENIAL STILL TOO

Not just in Churches, among the police, politicians, civil and public servants, but I have never seem so many lying, mental people in one place like I have among the medical workers I have dealt with this year in in Hospitals, convalescent, old age homes who really do delude themselves too often about their self importance and the positive role they are functioning in. When a professional cannot see what they are doing now is simply so wrong they themselves do now need real professional help too.

The People who lie often, the professionals now included, they tend to have severe personal, mental disorders next cause one tends to eventually believe next ones lies as being the truth, and they can no no longer differentiate their own lies from reality, the truth.

Narcissistic, selfish, self centered Mental Disorders too evident now even in many of the so called medical Professionals leads these persons to dwell in self-absorption, fantasy, illusion, where she or he has exaggerated claims to talents, importance, or specialness, manifesting evidence of a need for constant admiration from others, a lack of empathy for all others, persistent in this too, have rigid personality traits and coping styles, clearly inflexible, do show a hypersensitivity to any criticism , defeat or negative realities thus they rather are pathological in denial by the their falsity, contrived replacement of the truths which they still must face eventually . These SEVERE PERSONALITY disorders are generally personally ongoing too leading to more impaired social and/or occupational functioning and can make it difficult to pinpoint a clear dividing line between their pathology and their so called normality.

Most of these people with their personality disorders may not perceive that there is anything wrong with their behavior and thus they are not motivated to change it. It is important to note that these personality disorders are considered to have their onset in late adolescence or early adulthood and they alone are responsible for it too.

Denial, it is very very common when many an individual, even among so called professionals, even in pastors now included, are openly confronted with their own wrong doings, that they resort to a false denial. When confronted with the truth the denier they often respond with a similar personal counter attack remark as ”you are crazy”. “I reject your reality… and substitute my own.” Their false denial, diversion, distortion does not change the negative reality about themselves still though. Sadly it is a negative natural human tendency to devolve into denial.” It’s not just a moral compass that’s lacking, but the ability to honest, or to stand apart.

Denial often comes out of a false pride, a fear of being openly exposed as being wrong. Denial is a false convenient escape, excuse for inaction for persons now facing a situation that requires a decision or action that conflicts with his or her established past policy. Denial too often can be further disastrous upon themselves and others.. for denial is not seeing data at all or seeing it and coming to an erroneous conclusion within oneself. One’s false denial is often based on a false assumption of one’s past great success and often precedes their own severe personal failure next due to a personal disconnect with real life. Illustrated fully by the story of the Emperor with new clothes.

The concept of denial is particularly related to the denial of one’s addiction to alcohol for example, or to one slandering others, abusing them stealing, lying.. their denial or their minimization of their own wrong doings is the essential part of what enables them next to to continue his or her behavior in the face of evidence that, to an outsider, that is overwhelming. “The American Heart Association cites denial as a principal reason that treatment of a heart attack is delayed. Because the symptoms are so varied, and often have other potential explanations, the opportunity exists for the patient to deny the emergency, often with fatal consequences. It is common for patients to delay mammograms or other tests because of a fear of cancer, even though this is clearly maladaptive.”

Denial of responsibility: Denial of impact: avoiding thinking about or understanding the harms their behavior have caused to themselves or others.

Denial of awareness: they do not admit any previous awareness of the negative reality.

Denial of cycle: Denial of cycle is where a person avoids looking at their decisions leading up to an event or does not consider their pattern of decision making and how harmful behavior is repeated.

Denial of denial: This latter form of denial typically overlaps with all of the other forms of denial, but involves more self-delusion. People in a false denial are really nuts, delusional..

There are tools and practices that we can implement to overcome the psychological trap of denial. Public exposure and prosecution of the guilty is one of the best approach serving everyone’s best interest too. It is a clearly established fact with good basis as to why our Canadian leaders, politicians, police, military, public and civil servants who are always to be exemplary are even personally are to held to a higher standard, accountability in reality.

People in leadership office do have to face higher penalties as an example now too. It is clearly established, accepted fact by most people that those in leadership civil and public servants cops, teachers, ministers, politicians included are always to be exemplary in behavior, conduct and they do need to maintain their high standards even out of their working hours, thus to do so they are also to be exemplary judged, prosecuted for their own wrong doings with a higher standard over those of us ordinary folks.

You see I can tell the truth cause I do not have a boss, I am not an ass kisser, I am not running for any office, or selling anything, I am not hiding anything , I am nothing but an ordinary honest, mature, decent person.

When you honestly use your own almost non existent right of free speech to point out to the cops how bad they really are, one of the first stages of their personal grief is their false denial, they need professional help here too, and they response you are crazy, this diversion tactic does not change how bad they are, how too lazy they are to change themselves now too. Police like to label, bash others as criminals, but as uncorrectable persons, but when they do they same thing, they claim they can be retrained, corrected, such hypocrites they now are as well. One of the first things the police do about their accuser is to harass them, pay them back, investigate the accuser and not the complaint now too. I have been too often falsely police harassed myself.

Imagine this the new email programs including windows live and google mail are now all designed to keep all your emails on an exterior server for 30 days so the cops can read and access them at any time. The cops reading your email and seeing what you do on the net next as well.. a clear police state.

But you know that already..

Admittedly it is sad, but still the truth that Most people still are not in total touch with reality.. cause they are being lied to or cause they lie and start to believe their own lies. Now we all have heard the phrase “here to serve”.. but dream on if you are dumb enough to believe that.. most people still are self serving to start of with.. The world is full of self serving persons and Liars, who even often lie to themselves too, there are too many persons with a hidden agenda, sometimes not too hidden ones, such as self promotion, financial gains are too often amongst the top of their goals still. Most of us tend not to believe everything we hear, but most of us are still gullible and do too often get taken in by liars, spin doctors, bad preacher, lying newspapers, reporters daily too…

In the Montreal Verdun hospital the patients ward does not have air conditioning but where the nurses work it is air conditioned by room window units. Visit the 3 floor for a great example. A sick elderly patient who is often cold, catches a cold easily too, was in one of these rooms for a blood transfusion and the nurse in charge was asked to temporary close the air conditioning for a few hours, but the selfish, self centered nurse next refused to do so because she would have to work under warm conditions. Whose welfare was more important? The Patient got sicker as a direct result too. How will the clearly pretentious, useless Ombudsman reply here?

Too many police officers even are now too often guilty of their most serious neglect of public trust and their duty. The related truth is that neither an independent police investigation, a new police commissioner, a promised provincial or federal investigation, or just more politicians promises too often still will not bring the much needed justice. All of the governments can prohibit the initial and further employment of any known racists for any jobs, and can punish them for their racists acts, views. Police managers continue to promise the reforming of bad cops and the bad cops keep killing, abusing innocent persons. The possible retaining of bad police officers is always anyway a false myth. What thus is always needed is the real the dismissal, criminal prosecution, of the guilty cops. So where is it? OTTAWA – Canada’s outspoken veterans ombudsman won’t be re-appointed by the Conservative government. Sources have told The Canadian Press retired colonel Pat Stogran, who commanded the country’s first battle group in Kandahar in 2002, was notified earlier this week that his term won’t be renewed. He apparently ran afoul of the federal government in his criticism of the bureaucracy, which he accused of being more interested in saving money that helping veterans. His term comes to an end in November. A spokeswoman for Veteran Affairs Minister Jean-Pierre Blackburn’s office would not confirm or deny Stogran’s impending departure. Reached on his cell phone, the ombudsman also would not comment and referred all questions to the minister’s office. He was appointed with much fanfare in 2007 to be first ombudsman under the New Veterans Charter, a marquee position the Conservatives leaned heavily upon as proof they were behind the troops. In an interview with The Canadian Press earlier this year, Stogran said the system was weighted towards treating wounded soldiers like industrial accident victims. More recently, he accused the department’s bureaucracy of blocking initiatives that would help veterans because it would it would cost the federal treasury more money. His frustration was also evident in recent Twitter postings. “The penny pinching ‘insurance company’ mentality should not be embraced since it does not reflect the spirit of the legislation,” was the message posted from his account on July 23. It is amazing that the Quebec health and social services minister has still to properly act on even one of my many letters to him or especially even my local Lieberal elected member of the Quebec Legislature now too

The union, representing 55,000 nurses across Quebec, has sought a reduction of mandatory overtime hours, and limits on recruiting nurses from private agencies. Some nurses report regular double shifts, especially those with less seniority but anyone who goes into nursing expecting 9-5 hours, week day hours is a fool.. for many people are often sick 24 hours per day, and seven days a week and require permanent nursing care in hospitals and old age homes included.

MY PERSONAL MONTHS OF DIRECT OBSERVATION ABOUT THE MEDICAL WORKERS WHO COMPLAIN THAT TOO MANY ERRORS ARE CAUSED BY THE WORK OVERLOAD ACTUALLY TEND TO MEAN, COMPLAIN ABOUT HAVING TO DO ANY WORK AT ALL, FOR THEY TOO OFTEN DO THINK THEY MERELY SHOULD BE PAID EVEN MORE FOR COMING TO WORK. THESE SAME RATHER UNDENIABLY TOO OFTEN INCOMPETENT, UNQUALIFIED, PRETENTIONS WORKERS , THESE BAD PERSONS STILL SEEM TO HAVE THE ENERGY TO SOCIALIZE WITH THEIR COLLEAGUES, TAKE LONG COFFEE AND LONG BREAKS, TO DO THEIR OWN BUSINESS ON THE SIDE.

These people, the same persons and the bad persons, managers who now hired them too firstly now still are are all career incompatible and they should be clearly encouraged to find work elsewhere, to find work they like to do, such as being on social aid?

The lack of DECENT OUTPUT is too often a false excuse for the whole system’s malaise the mostly bad, pretentious supervisors.

Recently a supervisor went for a month long holiday and the medical workers all stopped working hard, started to play around, started to waste their time as I saw firsthand. That was the bad effect of having no good supervisor in place to to replace him too.

ONE CAN BE SURE THAT WHEN YOU GET A BAD MANAGER THE HOSPITAL OR THE OLD AGE HOME WENT SOON DOWNHILL..

A bad provincial government management, this sorry excuse for a government, plus a bloated, bad executive health authority administration always spells a medical disaster! The lack of experienced medical staff is too often due to the fact that most anyone with the valid experience and qualifications has found a better paying job elsewhere? Replaced now by “Novice staff”? being paid the minimum training wage while the people managing the homes, hospitals are often still taking their long paid vacations too.

A person was lying in a convalescent home for months and most of the nurses still did not know what his basic sickness was, for they did not care, they did not take an interest, or bother to talk to him, to get to know him, they were too busy to do that but when you start asking the nurse a question about her personal life, such as where she lives, etc.,, she will start to talk to you about it for hours on the job now too..

Here is what I find amazing, I live in one of the largest cities in Canada and in the local hospitals I still rarely can find, and talk to a really competent dietician, dermatologist, or pharmacist. TOO MANY GENERAL PRACTITIONERS DOCTORS ARE NOT COMPETENT DRUG DOCTORS, OR DOCTORS OF INTERNAL MEDICINE. Convalescent homes tend daily now to dispose loads of pills to their seniors and yet they tend to not have an adequate pharmacist or doctor on their staff to check the pills side effect, as I have recently even found out firsthand too.

I am the health guardian of my 87 year old father who is also a ward of the province of Quebec, for my father has an incurable disease. My father requires also pain Killers every 4 hours as prescribed by the good Geriatric doctor Rois of the Verdun Hospital. Now it would have been nice if he got them.I generally have been with my father as his bedside at least 8 hours per day, in the Convalescent homes and hospitals. So I witness firsthand the too often the medical realities, actual doctors and nurses performances now too. My very senior father has an incurable, painful disease and he needs proper pain management in Hospitals, old age homes and rather often he still does not get it. On Sunday my father had been admitted to the Montreal Verdun hospital for 2 reasons.. Difficulty in swallowing and also skin rash that was dramatically spreading on his legs and now 4 days later not one single doctor had addressed the rash, because skin specialists are rare in hospitals these days too… and the family doctors are not competent to deal with the infections which have increased in size even since then .

Now this evening Monday June 21, 21010 my father was admitted to the Verdun Hospital for a blood transfusion, since he is anemic. My father has had now three nurses so far looking after him at this emergency ward, the first two nurses were excellent, professional and they did their job. The 3rd one was a bad joke, she was too busy have a good time for 2 hours giggling with her nursing associates in the nursing cubical in front of my father even, where I was there with him all day now too. She missed his 8 pm pain session and when I confronted the nurses present there they had replied she was going to give all his pills at one time. What has also also upset me is that I have to repeat myself to the doctors and nurse, because when the shift changes the verbal communications is lacking, and because doctors and nurses especially it seems are still poor listeners, so I have to repeat myself to each of the new personal what my father problems and needs are. And yet they all do still seem to for get about it, out of sight often next means out of mind. This problem is escalated cause there seems to be a new nurse every shift instead of having a continuity of the same nurses during the whole week.

What also complicates matters is that my father continually gets 2 separate pain killers, and the too often inadequate nurse generally tends to give out one and forgets the other.

and speaking of pain management … here is what I too have clearly noticed other peoples real pain does not bother too many medical staff cause it is not their own, and so they still do not care to do much about it. Neglecting to provide proper medical care, pain killers to a sick senior is still a prosecutable criminal offence.. So heavenly minded and no earthly good still too. Too many nurses I have encountered are busy playing doctors instead of giving out the pills, if they want to be a doctor go to a medical school for 12 years first.

Since when are medical professionals more ethical over any other professionals? Here is an undeniable fact of life.. crime, corruptions, thefts, bribes too often exist.. in all areas of endeavors, enterprises, businesses too.. but what I have often wondered why there seems to be very few crimes committed in the Medicare fields.. now very few crime, abuse cases are even reported Canada wide, Quebec included.. abuses in an area that has some of the largest costs and too often too little supervisors as well now too.. when I know that even medical doctors have abused their research budgets.. and we had the major ehealth abuses revelations in Ontario too.

Capital Health uncovers $170K ‘discrepancy’ CBC – Nova Scotia’s largest health authority has fired one of its business office employees and called for a police investigation after an internal audit revealed a financial “discrepancy” of nearly $170,000. Realize this also that the present Montreal mayor admits to all that he knew about major city hall corruptions about a decade ago, but till yet has not done anything about it.. and what else and who else now too? Crime does not go away on it’s own. It is no big surprise that Montreal is still full of inadequate, pretentious civil and public servants, tax evaders, liars, thieves, con artists but what has also now not been a surprise is how lazy still the Montreal police themselves are too often are when you report a crime to them. They too do find false reasons not to look into the matter rather too often still.

One of the most common remarks we tend to hear often is that there is always a shortage of money to pay our medical, civil and public servants too but us paying more money to bad workers and their too often bad supervisors who rather should be all fired is still firstly a big unacceptable absurdity of putting more money into money bags full of large holes. And since when do we continue to reward the criminals?

NOW I HAVE HEARD ALL KIND OF REASONS WHY THE BAD EMPLOYEES WERE, ARE SUPPOSEDLY JUSTIFIED IN NOT DOING THEIR WORK PROPERLY BUT SOME HOW THE EXCUSES ALL APPEAR VOID WHEN COMPARED WITH THE OUTPUT OF THE GOOD WORKERS.

Still mostly pretentious Governments health administrators are still themselves too often ignorant of what it means to work in a hospitals, even about the medical and personnel inadequacies and the staff, patient’s related stresses now too, and what it takes even to eliminate unnecessary waits for all types of medical care in the last many decades too. Provincial governments. Hospitals too are not only too often pretentious but too often still do lie when they claim to be fully equipped to handle readily all medical problems in Montreal too. All provincial governments must “meaningfully address” procedures falling outside the five priority areas of diagnostic imaging, sight restoration, joint replacement, cancer radiology and cardiac care for far too many Canadians still experience long waits for their needed medical care and they often are kept in the dark about the wait they can expect to face. Emergency centers now at Hospitals are geared to check for heart problems and cancer mostly, immediately through blood tests, medical tests but not much else it seems. Hospitals rely on even too often pretentious, incompetent nurses, medical students, interns mostly for the initial screenings it seems rather than on the senior, experienced doctors too. And more more than half of all patients wait longer over medically acceptable times for other non major medical problems as well, even before anyone even starts an acceptable treatment. Major strides are still very much needed to be made overall not just in the five priority health-care areas including a broader range of specialties.
