GRACE

(Luke 2:40 KJV)  And the child grew, and waxed strong in spirit, filled with wisdom: and the grace of God was upon him.

(John 1:14 KJV)  And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.

(John 1:16 KJV)  And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace.

(John 1:17 KJV)  For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ.

(Acts 4:33 KJV)  And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

(Acts 11:23 KJV)  Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

(Acts 13:43 KJV)  Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.

(Acts 14:3 KJV)  Long time therefore abode they speaking boldly in the Lord, which gave testimony unto the word of his grace, and granted signs and wonders to be done by their hands.

(Acts 14:26 KJV)  And thence sailed to Antioch, from whence they had been recommended to the grace of God for the work which they fulfilled.

(Acts 15:11 KJV)  But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they.

(Acts 15:40 KJV)  And Paul chose Silas, and departed, being recommended by the brethren unto the grace of God.

(Acts 18:27 KJV)  And when he was disposed to pass into Achaia, the brethren wrote, exhorting the disciples to receive him: who, when he was come, helped them much which had believed through grace:

(Acts 20:24 KJV)  But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

(Acts 20:32 KJV)  And now, brethren, I commend you to God, and to the word of his grace, which is able to build you up, and to give you an inheritance among all them which are sanctified.

(Rom 1:5 KJV)  By whom we have received grace and apostleship, for obedience to the faith among all nations, for his name:

(Rom 1:7 KJV)  To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

(Rom 3:24 KJV)  Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:

(Rom 4:4 KJV)  Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.

(Rom 4:16 KJV)  Therefore it is of faith, that it might be by grace; to the end the promise might be sure to all the seed; not to that only which is of the law, but to that also which is of the faith of Abraham; who is the father of us all,

(Rom 5:2 KJV)  By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

(Rom 5:15 KJV)  But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many.

(Rom 5:17 KJV)  For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)

(Rom 5:20 KJV)  Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:

(Rom 5:21 KJV)  That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord.

(Rom 6:1 KJV)  What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin, that grace may abound?

(Rom 6:14 KJV)  For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

(Rom 6:15 KJV)  What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid.

(Rom 11:5 KJV)  Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.

(Rom 11:6 KJV)  And if by grace, then is it no more of works: otherwise grace is no more grace. But if it be of works, then is it no more grace: otherwise work is no more work.

(Rom 12:3 KJV)  For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

(Rom 12:6 KJV)  Having then gifts differing according to the grace that is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the proportion of faith;

(Rom 15:15 KJV)  Nevertheless, brethren, I have written the more boldly unto you in some sort, as putting you in mind, because of the grace that is given to me of God,

(Rom 16:20 KJV)  And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

(Rom 16:24 KJV)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

(1 Cor 1:3 KJV)  Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

(1 Cor 1:4 KJV)  I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;

(1 Cor 3:10 KJV)  According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.

(1 Cor 10:30 KJV)  For if I by grace be a partaker, why am I evil spoken of for that for which I give thanks?

(1 Cor 15:10 KJV)  But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

(1 Cor 16:23 KJV)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

(2 Cor 1:2 KJV)  Grace be to you and peace from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

(2 Cor 1:12 KJV)  For our rejoicing is this, the testimony of our conscience, that in simplicity and godly sincerity, not with fleshly wisdom, but by the grace of God, we have had our conversation in the world, and more abundantly to you-ward.

(2 Cor 4:15 KJV)  For all things are for your sakes, that the abundant grace might through the thanksgiving of many redound to the glory of God.

(2 Cor 6:1 KJV)  We then, as workers together with him, beseech you also that ye receive not the grace of God in vain.

(2 Cor 8:1 KJV)  Moreover, brethren, we do you to wit of the grace of God bestowed on the churches of Macedonia;

(2 Cor 8:6 KJV)  Insomuch that we desired Titus, that as he had begun, so he would also finish in you the same grace also.

(2 Cor 8:7 KJV)  Therefore, as ye abound in every thing, in faith, and utterance, and knowledge, and in all diligence, and in your love to us, see that ye abound in this grace also.

(2 Cor 8:9 KJV)  For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich.

(2 Cor 8:19 KJV)  And not that only, but who was also chosen of the churches to travel with us with this grace, which is administered by us to the glory of the same Lord, and declaration of your ready mind:

(2 Cor 9:8 KJV)  And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

(2 Cor 9:14 KJV)  And by their prayer for you, which long after you for the exceeding grace of God in you.

(2 Cor 12:9 KJV)  And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

(2 Cor 13:14 KJV)  The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.

(Gal 1:5 KJV)  Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead;) And all the brethren which are with me, unto the churches of Galatia:  Grace be to you and peace from God the Father, and from our Lord Jesus Christ, Who gave himself for our sins, that he might deliver us from this present evil world, according to the will of God and our Father: To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

(Gal 1:6 KJV)  I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel:

(Gal 1:15 KJV)  But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace,

(Gal 2:9 KJV)  And when James, Cephas, and John, who seemed to be pillars, perceived the grace that was given unto me, they gave to me and Barnabas the right hands of fellowship; that we should go unto the heathen, and they unto the circumcision.

(Gal 2:21 KJV)  I do not frustrate the grace of God: for if righteousness come by the law, then Christ is dead in vain.

(Gal 5:4 KJV)  Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.

(Gal 6:18 KJV)  Brethren, the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

(Eph 1:2 KJV)  Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

(Eph 1:6 KJV)  To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.

(Eph 1:7 KJV)  In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;

(Eph 2:5 KJV)  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)

(Eph 2:7 KJV)  That in the ages to come he might show the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus.

(Eph 2:8 KJV)  For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

(Eph 3:2 KJV)  If ye have heard of the dispensation of the grace of God which is given me to you-ward:

(Eph 3:7 KJV)  Whereof I was made a minister, according to the gift of the grace of God given unto me by the effectual working of his power.

(Eph 3:8 KJV)  Unto me, who am less than the least of all saints, is this grace given, that I should preach among the Gentiles the unsearchable riches of Christ;

(Eph 4:7 KJV)  But unto every one of us is given grace according to the measure of the gift of Christ.

(Eph 4:29 KJV)  Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers.

(Eph 6:24 KJV)  Grace be with all them that love our Lord Jesus Christ in sincerity. Amen.

(Phil 1:2 KJV)  Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.

(Phil 1:7 KJV)  Even as it is meet for me to think this of you all, because I have you in my heart; inasmuch as both in my bonds, and in the defence and confirmation of the gospel, ye all are partakers of my grace.

(Phil 4:23 KJV)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

(Col 1:2 KJV)  To the saints and faithful brethren in Christ which are at Colosse: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

(Col 1:6 KJV)  Which is come unto you, as it is in all the world; and bringeth forth fruit, as it doth also in you, since the day ye heard of it, and knew the grace of God in truth:

(Col 3:16 KJV)  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord.

(Col 4:6 KJV)  Let your speech be alway with grace, seasoned with salt, that ye may know how ye ought to answer every man.

(Col 4:18 KJV)  The salutation by the hand of me Paul. Remember my bonds. Grace be with you. Amen.

(1 Th 1:1 KJV)  Paul, and Silvanus, and Timotheus, unto the church of the Thessalonians which is in God the Father and in the Lord Jesus Christ: Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

(1 Th 5:28 KJV)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.

(2 Th 1:2 KJV)  Grace unto you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

(2 Th 1:12 KJV)  That the name of our Lord Jesus Christ may be glorified in you, and ye in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.

(2 Th 2:16 KJV)  Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace,

(2 Th 3:18 KJV)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

(1 Tim 1:2 KJV)  Unto Timothy, my own son in the faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God our Father and Jesus Christ our Lord.

(1 Tim 1:14 KJV)  And the grace of our Lord was exceeding abundant with faith and love which is in Christ Jesus.

(1 Tim 6:21 KJV)  Which some professing have erred concerning the faith. Grace be with thee. Amen.

(2 Tim 1:2 KJV)  To Timothy, my dearly beloved son: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and Christ Jesus our Lord.

(2 Tim 1:9 KJV)  Who hath saved us, and called us with an holy calling, not according to our works, but according to his own purpose and grace, which was given us in Christ Jesus before the world began,

(2 Tim 2:1 KJV)  Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus.

(2 Tim 4:22 KJV)  The Lord Jesus Christ be with thy spirit. Grace be with you. Amen.

(Titus 1:4 KJV)  To Titus, mine own son after the common faith: Grace, mercy, and peace, from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ our Saviour.

(Titus 2:11 KJV)  For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men,

(Titus 3:7 KJV)  That being justified by his grace, we should be made heirs according to the hope of eternal life.

(Titus 3:15 KJV)  All that are with me salute thee. Greet them that love us in the faith. Grace be with you all. Amen.

(Phile 1:3 KJV)  Grace to you, and peace, from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.

(Phile 1:25 KJV)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with your spirit. Amen.

(Heb 2:9 KJV)  But we see Jesus, who was made a little lower than the angels for the suffering of death, crowned with glory and honour; that he by the grace of God should taste death for every man.

(Heb 4:16 KJV)  Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy, and find grace to help in time of need.

(Heb 10:29 KJV)  Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace?

(Heb 12:15 KJV)  Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;

(Heb 12:28 KJV)  Wherefore we receiving a kingdom which cannot be moved, let us have grace, whereby we may serve God acceptably with reverence and godly fear:

(Heb 13:9 KJV)  Be not carried about with divers and strange doctrines. For it is a good thing that the heart be established with grace; not with meats, which have not profited them that have been occupied therein.

(Heb 13:25 KJV)  Grace be with you all. Amen.

(James 1:11 KJV)  For the sun is no sooner risen with a burning heat, but it withereth the grass, and the flower thereof falleth, and the grace of the fashion of it perisheth: so also shall the rich man fade away in his ways.

(James 4:6 KJV)  But he giveth more grace. Wherefore he saith, God resisteth the proud, but giveth grace unto the humble.

(1 Pet 1:2 KJV)  Elect according to the foreknowledge of God the Father, through sanctification of the Spirit, unto obedience and sprinkling of the blood of Jesus Christ: Grace unto you, and peace, be multiplied.

(1 Pet 1:13 KJV)  Wherefore gird up the loins of your mind, be sober, and hope to the end for the grace that is to be brought unto you at the revelation of Jesus Christ;

(1 Pet 3:7 KJV)  Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.

(1 Pet 4:10 KJV)  As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.

(1 Pet 5:5 KJV)  Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

(1 Pet 5:10 KJV)  But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

(2 John 1:3 KJV)  Grace be with you, mercy, and peace, from God the Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ, the Son of the Father, in truth and love.

(Jude 1:4 KJV)  For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ.

(Rev 1:4 KJV)  John to the seven churches which are in Asia: Grace be unto you, and peace, from him which is, and which was, and which is to come; and from the seven Spirits which are before his throne;

(Rev 22:21 KJV)  The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.

UNDERSTANDING GRACE

GRACE IS CLEARLY DEFINED AS OUR PERSONAL SALVATION, EMPOWERMENT BY THE GRACE OF GOD, BUT TOO MANY PEOPLE NOW STILL  TRY TO ADD TO IT’S MEANING THAT  WHAT IS NOT THERE. FACE IT TOO MANY PEOPLE TEACH, PREACH, READ INTO THE BIBLE THAT WHICH IS NOT THERE, EVEN ABOUT GRACE,

(Gal 6:7 KJV)  Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. 8 For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Why I prefer to read, study the Bible over listening to what others say the Bible says, is because next  I do not have to remove the meat from the bones, cause it is the pure unadulterated word of God. The term “age of grace” is also not found in the Bible directly. Too many persons distort  the Bible. it’s laws and the meaning of God’s grace still too.

Hebrews 8:12 says, “For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their iniquities will I remember no more.”  We have been released from the specific penalty of sin once we admit, confess, repent of our sin, and next also do appropriate the past sacrifice of Jesus Christ for our sin. The persons or person  who says we have been free from any penalty for our personal sins  as a Christian is now a liar, an AntiChrist.

Hebrews 7:11-12 “If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Mel-chis-ed-ec, and not be called after the order of Aaron? For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.” The first Covenant then was a Covenant of laws and the second, and better, is a Covenant of God’s grace. Hebrews 7:22, 8:6.  “By so much was Jesus made, a surety of a better testament.” “But now hath he obtained a more excellent ministry, by how much also he is the mediator of a better covenant, which was established upon better promises.”

There is no argument or debate over the existence of an Old and New Testament, but the errors and misunderstandings do arise when a discussion of their differences AND  non applications occurs. Now the difference between Old and New goes beyond the past sacrificial system, rituals. customs, laws. Note there have now indeed indeed been changes made as to our personal relationship to some of the old Testament laws, and thus with God. The Old testament relationship with God has become null and void. Many people still read into this that which is not there.

Before I married my wife it would have been wrong for me to be physically intimate with her, yet now that we are married that rule no longer governs our relationship. Well by me being married to Jesus Christ I now enter into with a new relationship with god as well. But there are still things I cannot do like abuse my wife, abuse her rights.

There is no argument or debate over the existence of an Old and New Testament , but the errors and misunderstandings do arise when a discussion of their differences AND  the non applications occurs. Now the differences between Old and New goes beyond the past sacrificial system, rituals. customs, laws. But still only Part of the necessity of the applications of the Old testament has been done away in Jesus Christ. Hebrews 7:18-19 says, “For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.  For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.”  The noun “disannulling” is only used twice in the Bible.  Both times are in Hebrews.  The word means a setting aside, abolition, to put away. It’s verb form is translated despise, reject, bring to nothing, frustrate, disannul, cast off.  A synonym for the word is cancellation. So we see then; that the law “answered the end for which it was designed – that of introducing a more perfect plan, and then vanished as a matter of course”. (Heb 7:22 KJV)  By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament. Many people do not know, understand what parts of the Bible are applicable and what parts of inapplicable even because they have not rightfully studied the word of God themselves. (2 Tim 2:15 KJV)  Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.(2 Tim 2:16 KJV)  But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.

The Old Testament and some of it’s law were now only a shadow or picture of the better things to come through the grace of Jesus Christ, God the Father. Hebrews 10:1  “For the law having a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect.”

The specific  Laws are created for a reason and given a certain set of conditions and circumstances.  When the circumstances or situation are not present then the law is basically not applicable.  Hebrews 9:15, 12:24 “And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.” “And to Jesus the mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling, that speaketh better things than that of Abel.”  Jesus Christ’s  death on the cross, and His shed blood mark the beginning of a New  Testament, Covenant between God and His dealings with man:  Hebrews 10:9, “…He taketh away the first, that he may establish the second.”  Jesus Christ is the one who has delivered us from the applicable Old Covenant  law of sin and death.  Romans 7:6 “But now we are delivered from the law, that being dead wherein we were held; that we should serve in newness of spirit, and not in the oldness of the letter.” Romans 3:28 “Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith without the deeds of the law.” II Corinthians 3:6 “Who also hath made us able ministers of the new testament; not of the letter, but of the spirit: for the letter killeth, but the spirit giveth life.”

(Gal 3:1 KJV)  O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you? 2  This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 3  Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh? 4  Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain. 5  He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith? 6  Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness. 7  Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham. 8  And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed. 9  So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham. 10  For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them. 11  But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith. 12  And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them. 13  Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: 14  That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith. 15  Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man’s covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto. 16  Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ. 17  And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect. 18  For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise. 19  Wherefore then serveth the law? It was added because of transgressions, till the seed should come to whom the promise was made; and it was ordained by angels in the hand of a mediator. 20  Now a mediator is not a mediator of one, but God is one. 21  Is the law then against the promises of God? God forbid: for if there had been a law given which could have given life, verily righteousness should have been by the law. 22  But the scripture hath concluded all under sin, that the promise by faith of Jesus Christ might be given to them that believe. 23  But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed. 24  Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith. 25  But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.

 Matthew 25:31-32 “When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats:” II Corinthians 6:17. “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,”  Jude 18-19 “”How that they told you there should be mockers in the last time, who should walk after their own ungodly lusts. These be they who separate themselves, sensual, having not the Spirit.”

The necessity of the  leading of the Holy Spirit.

“And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever—the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him; but you know Him, for He dwells with you and will be in you.” {John 14:16,17}

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all things that I said to you.” {John 14:26}

“But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.” {John 15:26}

“And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: of sin, because they do not believe in Me; of righteousness, because I go to My Father and you see Me no more; of judgment, because the ruler of this world is judged.” {John 16:8-11}

“And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.” {Ephesians 6:17}

“For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.” {Hebrews 4:12}

“Knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation, for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.” {1 Peter 1:20,21}

One of Spirit of God’s most effective way to personally lead us is through his Word. But the Spirit of God also speaks to us in a still, quiet voice.. but he will also use our tongues and speak to us and others in Prophecy

“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” {Acts 2:1-4}

“Yet for many years You had patience with them, And testified against them by Your Spirit in Your prophets. Yet they would not listen; Therefore You gave them into the hand of the peoples of the lands.” (Nehemiah 9:30).

“You also gave Your good Spirit to instruct me…Yet for many years You had patience with them, and testified against them by Your Spirit in Your prophets…” {Nehemiah 9:20,30}

“The Spirit of the Lord spoke by me, and His word was on my tongue.” {2 Samuel 23:2} God’s word was placed on the prophet’s tongue.

“As for Me,” says the LORD, this is My covenant with them: My Spirit who is upon you, and My words which I have put in your mouth, shall not depart from your mouth, nor from the mouth of your descendants, nor from the mouth of your descendants’ descendants,” says the LORD, from this time and forevermore.” {Isaiah 59:21}

(1 Cor 14:21 KJV) In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord.

(1 Cor 14:22 KJV) Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe. 23 If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that ye are mad? 24 But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believeth not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all: 25 And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.

(1 Cor 14:29 KJV) Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace.31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. 33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

(1 Cor 14:37 KJV) If any man think himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write unto you are the commandments of the Lord. 38 But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant. 39 Wherefore, brethren, covet to prophesy, and forbid not to speak with tongues. 40 Let all things be done decently and in order.

(1 Cor 2:10 KJV) But God hath revealed them unto us by his Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.11 For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.12 Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.13 Which things also we speak, not in the words which man’s wisdom teacheth, but which the Holy Ghost teacheth; comparing spiritual things with spiritual“

But we are bound to give thanks to God always for you, brethren beloved by the Lord, because God from the beginning chose you for salvation through sanctification by the Spirit and belief in the truth,” (2 Thessalonians 2:13)

Tithing was a part of the law. It is again interesting that those who believe we must tithe do not follow the entire letter in this matter.  The law required several tithes, which would amount to considerably more than ten percent. WE ARE NOT TO WALK  “Not of works, lest any man should boast.”  Ephesians 5:9

Romans 8:1 “There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.”  WALK IN THE FLESH AND YOU WILL BE CONDEMNED.

 Hebrews 5:12 “For when for the time ye ought to be teachers, ye have need that one teach you again which be the first principles of the oracles of God; and are become such as have need of milk, and not of strong meat.”

 Now I would remind you, brothers, of the gospel I preached to you, which you received, in which you stand, and by which you are being saved, if you hold fast to the word I preached to you – unless you believed in vain. For I delivered to you as of first importance what I also received: that Christ died for our sins in accordance with the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day in accordance with the Scriptures. I Corinthians 15:1-4

(Luke 14:26 KJV)  If any man come to me, and hate not his father, and mother, and wife, and children, and brethren, and sisters, yea, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple. 27  And whosoever doth not bear his cross, and come after me, cannot be my disciple. 28  For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it? 29  Lest haply, after he hath laid the foundation, and is not able to finish it, all that behold it begin to mock him, 30  Saying, This man began to build, and was not able to finish. 31  Or what king, going to make war against another king, sitteth not down first, and consulteth whether he be able with ten thousand to meet him that cometh against him with twenty thousand? 32  Or else, while the other is yet a great way off, he sendeth an ambassage, and desireth conditions of peace. 33  So likewise, whosoever he be of you that forsaketh not all that he hath, he cannot be my disciple. 34  Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be seasoned? 35  It is neither fit for the land, nor yet for the dunghill; but men cast it out. He that hath ears to hear, let him hear.

I deny that we are to SOLELY self  centered  to find ultimate personal fulfillment or happiness in this world, or that God’s ultimate purpose here on earth is for us to find merely a more meaningful and fulfilling life in this fallen world. Our personal healing, deliverance, salvation is a valid part of the full gospel of the New Testament, Bible too. I further deny that any teaching that offers soley  our physical health and wealth as God’s assured promises in this life  as being the full true gospel. There is much more to being a Christian now than that and much more in the will of God now for us. I deny that the  WOMEN’S roles excludes women from meaningful ministry in Christ’s kingdom.  I deny the  CLAIM that loyalty to any denomination or fellowship of churches can take precedence over the claims of truth and faithfulness to the New Testament, Bible. I  deny that any church can accept biblical distortions, racial prejudice, discrimination, or division without betraying the Gospel.
