THERE ARE ALWAYS TWO FORCES IN THE WORLD. GOOD AND EVIL, VICTORY OR DEFEAT, even including now the Genuine worship of God  and false worship of self, man, the devil rather.

 

 (Num 10:7 KJV)  But when the congregation is to be gathered together, ye shall blow, but ye shall not sound an alarm. 8  And the sons of Aaron, the priests, shall blow with the trumpets; and they shall be to you for an ordinance for ever throughout your generations.  9  )  And if ye go to war in your land against the enemy that oppresseth you, then ye shall blow an alarm with the trumpets; and ye shall be remembered before the LORD your God, and ye shall be saved from your enemies. 10   Also in the day of your gladness, and in your solemn days, and in the beginnings of your months, ye shall blow with the trumpets over your burnt offerings, and over the sacrifices of your peace offerings; that they may be to you for a memorial before your God: I am the LORD your God.

I will bless the Lord at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. Psalm 34:1b 

O magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together. Psalm 34:3

REJOICE in the Lord, O ye righteous: for praise  is comely for the upright. Psalm 33:1

Praise  the Lord with harp: sing unto him with the psaltery and an instrument of ten strings. Psalm 33:2

The eyes of the Lord are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry. Psalm 34:15

The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart; and saveth such as be of a contrite spirit. Psalm 34:18

Thus  we can praise God at any time and exalt Him in righteousness and a contrite spirit: never seen in the false, humanistic musical worship, rituals!

My people come to you, as they usually do,

and sit before you to listen to your words,

but they do not put them into practice.

With their mouths they express devotion ,

but their hearts are greedy for unjust gain. Eze 33:31

 

Indeed, to them you are nothing more than

one who sings love songs

with a beautiful voice and plays (make melody on) an instrument well,

for they hear your words

but do not put them into practice. Eze 33:32 

When all this comes true–and it surely will–then they will know that a prophet has been among them.” Eze 33:33

 

Now about the false singers too 

Take thou away from me the noise of thy songs; for I will not hear the melody of thy viols. Am.5:23

Butthis thing commanded I them, saying,  Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people:  and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you. Jeremiah 7:23   But they HEARKENED NOT, nor inclined their ear, but walked in the counsels and in the imagination of their evil heart, and went backward, and not forward. Jeremiah 7:24

Today  still too often “With the wine-drinking (which is the literal meaning of the Hebrew for feasting), goes also  the sensual, erotic music and dancing.” Also a  common theme of all paganism was that the female musicians who had the power to seduce the males with the hope of leaving a large “contribution.” and because they produced nothing good and caused lots of destruction of morals they were called  hypocrites and parasites.

God desires still people who worship him in spirit and in truth

 For they are gone up to Assyria, a wild ass alone by himself:  Ephraim hath hired lovers. Hos 8: 9 Look, the sovereign Lord is watching the sinful nation, and I will destroy it from the face of the earth. But I will not completely destroy the family of Jacob,” says the Lord. Amos 9:8

As if a man did flee from a lion, and a bear met him; or went into the house, and leaned his hand on the wall, and a serpent bit him. Amos 5:19

Yea, though they have hired (harlots) among the nations, now will I gather them, and they shall sorrow a little for the burden of the king of princes. Hos 8: 10  Because Ephraim hath made many altars to sin,   altars shall be unto him to sin . Hos 8: 11

They sacrifice flesh for the sacrifices of mine offerings, and eat it;   but the Lord accepteth them not; now will he remember their iniquity,   and visit their sins: they shall return to Egypt. Hos 8: 13

For Israel hath forgotten his Maker, and buildeth temples;  and Judah hath multiplied fenced cities:  but I will send a fire upon his cities, and it shall devour the palaces thereof. Hos 8: 14

The virgin of Israel is fallen; she shall no more rise: she is forsaken upon her land; there is none to raise her up. Amos 5:2

 The Lord bringeth the counsel of the heathen to nought: he maketh the devices of the people of none effect. Psalm 33:10

(Isa 66:3 KJV) He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog’s neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine’s blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations.

(Ezek 6:13 KJV) Then shall ye know that I am the LORD, when their slain men shall be among their idols round about their altars, upon every high hill, in all the tops of the mountains, and under every green tree, and under every thick oak, the place where they did offer sweet savour to all their idols.

(Psa 35:13 KJV) But as for me, when they were sick, my clothing was sackcloth: I humbled my soul with fasting; and my prayer returned into mine own bosom.

It seems that many people, professing Christians included now, tend to personally only seek God only when they have serious needs, problems or they do want something really bad and next when the problem is solved, or they got what they wanted, they next often tend to, do seem to forget about God again? But even all Christians now still do have major problems in life.. for there is a real devil who troubles us personally all of our life and we we are to resist him in the faith.. True happiness cannot be in reality achieved without having a continual, personal relationship with God here on earth and us continually knowing and following solely his will of our life too, instead of Idols.    Why is God jealous of idols before us? well it means he is envious for our own good.. he strives for all things to be our good… What idols? what ever replaces God is an idol.. what ever you falsely worship as substitute for God. And it can be drugs, booze, sex, or your wife, son , daughter, a persons, car,  self, even your church, your pastor, your denomination, your own doctrines, beliefs, your culture, your nationality … for we all had or  have a god shaped vacuum in our life.. but  filling it with extremes or  false substitutes, junk will never be acceptable to God. Never. If you still do have a God shaped vacuum that is unfilled, then no other things, no relationships or careers, goals, next will satisfy you, not even any personal, social, community relationships, acts.  Hey I also have learned long time ago that merely telling the truth to some people will not work, they have their false idols, false lies they still want to handle, and they will take the Ostrich approach to the truth, but hopefully the truth will next still help some people. http://witnessed.wordpress.com/2012/02/05/you-can-have-no-idols-before-god-ever/

(Psa 118:9 KJV) It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes.

The LORD rightfully is my shepherd.. not man… (Lev 19:4 KJV) Turn ye not unto idols, nor make to yourselves molten gods: I am the LORD your God.(Lev 26:1 KJV) Ye shall make you no idols nor graven image, neither rear you up a standing image, neither shall ye set up any image of stone in your land, to bow down unto it: for I am the LORD your God.

And No idols includes one’s pastor, one’s denomination, religious club… Man’s best is too often just more hatred, murder, abuse…. 70 percent of today’s pastors are also crooked cause they are ungodly, unsaved hirelings, wolves in sheep clothing, not called by God pastors trying to make money, a career of the ministry.. this is unacceptable… that is why they too readily do lie, counsel divorce, slander, abuse others.
