There is “nothing new under the sun”, humans have not evolved for the better.. The Bible teaches that, at the end of the creation period, God pronounced His whole creation to be “very good”, in spite of all this. It also teaches plainly that this present type of world, “groaning and travailing in pain” (Romans 8:22) only resulted from man’s sin and God’s curse thereon. “By one man sin entered into the world and death by sin” (Romans 5:12). Death did not “enter the world” until man sinned (Romans 5:12; I Corinthians 15:21). Evidently even Satan’s rebellion in heaven had not yet taken place, because everything was pronounced “very good” there, too.
The theory of Evolution leaves out profoundly important spiritual questions, such as why we are here, if there is a God, and what happens after we die. The gospel of Jesus Christ includes more than the life, death, and resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ. The present, future kingdom of Christ are also part of God’s everlasting gospel.
In many ways evolution and Christianity are not compatible. “God is not the author of confusion” (I Corinthians 14:33).
The facts of nature are the acts of God.Some theologians have attempted to reconcile the biblical Creation story with the evolutionary explanation for the origin of life. But to do so requires interpreting the six days of creation in Genesis as long, indefinite periods of time rather than six literal, twenty-four hour days as the text indicates. Such an interpretation of Scripture cannot be supported by sound principles of Bible study. The clear biblical account is that each day of Creation week was a twenty-four-hour day.
The Creation narrative in the first two chapters of Genesis, the first book of the Bible, clearly indicates that the work of creation was done in six, twenty-four-hour days. Evolution directly contradicts this and denies God’s creative power. Just as Christ performed miracles instantaneously while He was here on earth, so also He did His work of creation instantaneously during Creation week. The Bible says, “By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, and all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. . . . For He spoke, and it was done; He commanded, and it stood fast” (Psalm 33:6, 9; NKJV). God says, “I have made the earth, and created man on it. I—My hands—stretched out the heavens, and all their host I have commanded” (Isaiah 45:12, NKJV).
Many of the authors of both Old Testament and New Testament clearly accepted the creation account as accurate history: David (Psalm 33:6, 9), Nehemiah (Nehemiah 9:6), Isaiah (Isaiah 45:18), and Paul (Colossians 1:15-17). Jesus, Himself, accepts creation as a literal historical event.
There is no astronomical or evolutionary basis for the seven-day week. It had its origin at Creation when God made the earth and everything on it in six days—and rested on the seventh day.
All human beings are equal. All are children of God. All have the same origin. Racial intolerance has no basis for those who believe in Creation. Those who believe in evolution have reason to believe that some races are more highly developed than others.
The theory of evolution cannot handle sin and thus it denies the purpose for Jesus’ death on the cross. The Bible says that God created this world perfect in the beginning, but that since the entrance of sin, it has become more and more degenerate (see Genesis, chapters 1-3). This is completely opposed to the evolutionary idea that the world is evolving and progressing upward.The Bible says that death is the penalty of sin (see Genesis 3:3, 4, 19; Romans 6:23). Jesus died on the cross to pay the penalty for sin that we should have paid. For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God. The Bible clearly indicates that mankind’s nature from birth is evil. Only through the power of God can human beings have a present and a future redemption, transformation.
Evolution makes no allowance for a world-wide flood. Yet Jesus clearly accepted Noah and the flood as historical fact (see Matthew 24:37-39). These are many examples from the study of the earth and its contained fossils that support a major world-wide flood as well. From a biblical perspective, the most likely explanation for the extinction of the dinosaurs is the worldwide Flood described in Genesis 6 and 7.
The Bible does not teach random evolution. The Bible does teach an act of creation by God of a universe out of a formless void, and then individual acts of creation in an ascending order from the simpler forms of aquatic life to the mammals and finally to a creature made in God’s image — man (see Genesis 1:20-25)
There are fundamental tensions or even contradictions between Christianity and evolution such that people cannot consistently adhere to both.It is more productive to take the Bible literally and then to interpret the supposed actual facts of science within its revelatory framework. If the Bible really cannot be understood, it is useless as revelation. If it contains scientific fallacies, it could not have been given by inspiration. Evolution contradicts the Bible record of creation. Ten times in the first chapter of Genesis, it is said that God created plants and animals to reproduce “after their kinds”. The God of the Bible is a God of order and of grace, not a God of confusion and cruelty.”A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit” (Matthew 7:18). The evil fruit of the evolutionary philosophy is evidence enough of its evil roots. Thus, evolution is Biblically unsound, theologically contradictory. Immoral and harmful.
When dealing with pre-history, it is difficult to come up with “proofs.” No one was present as observer when life began except Jesus. It takes faith to believe in evolution or God as well.The evidence for Creation by an Intelligent Being is clearly the stronger. If we dismiss the accuracy of the biblical Creation account, we are free to dismiss other parts of Scripture and thus become the judge of what is or is not true in spite of what Jesus and the Bible authors say.

12 And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:
13 I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
14 And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15 And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
16 And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.
17 And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.
