El-Elyon

ptl
.
  Now when the Lord Jesus Christ, El-Elyon does not hold the highest position in your life, as God, Who is Creator of us all, he understands when we fail him and when we turn or mind and heart from him to mere false things, we need to turn still again back to Him – when we confess the sin – He El-Elyon is ready to forgive your failing. When you return ‘the most high place’ to Jesus Christ, the El-Elyon , the Lord and Savior and who again sits on the throne of your life, your relationship with Him Jesus, God, returns to the perfect place it was meant to be. He Jesus Christ is the Lord Most High. He is the El-Elyon.
.
El-Elyon is only one of the names for God. Elyon is also used by some to refer to the creator God of the world they are referring to about without specifically saying “God” and why are they ashamed to mention the name God now?
.
It also means “the Lord Most High.” This name is found in the Bible in Genesis 14:1-20 and Isaiah 14:13-14
.
 El-Elyon is first used in Genesis 14. Two kings met Abraham as he was returning victoriously from battle. First, the king of Salem, named Melchizedek – meaning King of righteousness – blessed Abraham, saying “Blessed be Abram by the Lord Most High, Creator of heaven and earth. And blessed be the Lord Most High, who delivered your enemies into your hand.” Abram gave Melchizedek one tenth of all his wealth but when Bera, king of Sodom, offered to let Abram keep all the goods belonging to Sodom, that he had retrieved in battle, Abram refused to take anything. Bera was an evil man, king of an evil city. Abram kept the Lord in the highest place in his life and he recognized His servant. However, he would not have anything to do with profit from an evil source.
.
 It is further clear from the new Testament that Abraham here had a direct encounter with God or Jesus Christ .. so if you really want to know the fullness of God you have to accept Jesus Christ as your lord, Savior, baptizer of the Holy Spirit too.
.
 Hebrews 7:1 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings, and blessed him;2 To whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all; first being by interpretation King of righteousness, and after that also King of Salem, which is, King of peace;3 Without father, without mother, without descent, having neither beginning of days, nor end of life; but made like unto the Son of God; abideth a priest continually.4 Now consider how great this man was, unto whom even the patriarch Abraham gave the tenth of the spoils.5 And verily they that are of the sons of Levi, who receive the office of the priesthood, have a commandment to take tithes of the people according to the law, that is, of their brethren, though they come out of the loins of Abraham:6 But he whose descent is not counted from them received tithes of Abraham, and blessed him that had the promises.7 And without all contradiction the less is blessed of the better.8 And here men that die receive tithes; but there he receiveth them, of whom it is witnessed that he liveth.9 And as I may so say, Levi also, who receiveth tithes, payed tithes in Abraham.10 For he was yet in the loins of his father, when Melchisedec met him.11 If therefore perfection were by the Levitical priesthood, (for under it the people received the law,) what further need was there that another priest should rise after the order of Melchisedec, and not be called after the order of Aaron?12 For the priesthood being changed, there is made of necessity a change also of the law.13 For he of whom these things are spoken pertaineth to another tribe, of which no man gave attendance at the altar.14 For it is evident that our Lord sprang out of Juda; of which tribe Moses spake nothing concerning priesthood.15 And it is yet far more evident: for that after the similitude of Melchisedec there ariseth another priest,16 Who is made, not after the law of a carnal commandment, but after the power of an endless life.17 For he testifieth, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.18 For there is verily a disannulling of the commandment going before for the weakness and unprofitableness thereof.19 For the law made nothing perfect, but the bringing in of a better hope did; by the which we draw nigh unto God.20 And inasmuch as not without an oath he was made priest: 21 (For those priests were made without an oath; but this with an oath by him that said unto him, The Lord sware and will not repent, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec:)22 By so much was Jesus made a surety of a better testament.23 And they truly were many priests, because they were not suffered to continue by reason of death:24 But this man, because he continueth ever, hath an unchangeable priesthood.25 Wherefore he is able also to save them to the uttermost that come unto God by him, seeing he ever liveth to make intercession for them.26 For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;27 Who needeth not daily, as those high priests, to offer up sacrifice, first for his own sins, and then for the people’s: for this he did once, when he offered up himself.28 For the law maketh men high priests which have infirmity; but the word of the oath, which was since the law, maketh the Son, who is consecrated for evermore.

The name, El-Elyon is used again in Isaiah 14. The king of Babylon the devil now he did not worship the One True God whom we now also know as Jesus Christ and aspired wrongfully to raise his throne above that of God Most High. Isaiah prophesized his fall
.
. Isaiah 14. 1 For the LORD will have mercy on Jacob, and will yet choose Israel, and set them in their own land: and the strangers shall be joined with them, and they shall cleave to the house of Jacob.2 And the people shall take them, and bring them to their place: and the house of Israel shall possess them in the land of the LORD for servants and handmaids: and they shall take them captives, whose captives they were; and they shall rule over their oppressors.3 And it shall come to pass in the day that the LORD shall give thee rest from thy sorrow, and from thy fear, and from the hard bondage wherein thou wast made to serve,  4 That thou shalt take up this proverb against the king of Babylon, and say, How hath the oppressor ceased! the golden city ceased!5 The LORD hath broken the staff of the wicked, and the sceptre of the rulers.6 He who smote the people in wrath with a continual stroke, he that ruled the nations in anger, is persecuted, and none hindereth.7 The whole earth is at rest, and is quiet: they break forth into singing.8 Yea, the fir trees rejoice at thee, and the cedars of Lebanon, saying, Since thou art laid down, no feller is come up against us.9 Hell from beneath is moved for thee to meet thee at thy coming: it stirreth up the dead for thee, even all the chief ones of the earth; it hath raised up from their thrones all the kings of the nations.10 All they shall speak and say unto thee, Art thou also become weak as we? art thou become like unto us?11 Thy pomp is brought down to the grave, and the noise of thy viols: the worm is spread under thee, and the worms cover thee.12 How art thou fallen from heaven, O Lucifer, son of the morning! how art thou cut down to the ground, which didst weaken the nations!13 For thou hast said in thine heart, I will ascend into heaven, I will exalt my throne above the stars of God: I will sit also upon the mount of the congregation, in the sides of the north:14 I will ascend above the heights of the clouds; I will be like the most High.15 Yet thou shalt be brought down to hell, to the sides of the pit.16 They that see thee shall narrowly look upon thee, and consider thee, saying, Is this the man that made the earth to tremble, that did shake kingdoms;17 That made the world as a wilderness, and destroyed the cities thereof; that opened not the house of his prisoners?18 All the kings of the nations, even all of them, lie in glory, every one in his own house.19 But thou art cast out of thy grave like an abominable branch, and as the raiment of those that are slain, thrust through with a sword, that go down to the stones of the pit; as a carcase trodden under feet.20 Thou shalt not be joined with them in burial, because thou hast destroyed thy land, and slain thy people: the seed of evildoers shall never be renowned.21 Prepare slaughter for his children for the iniquity of their fathers; that they do not rise, nor possess the land, nor fill the face of the world with cities.22 For I will rise up against them, saith the LORD of hosts, and cut off from Babylon the name, and remnant, and son, and nephew, saith the LORD.23 I will also make it a possession for the bittern, and pools of water: and I will sweep it with the besom of destruction, saith the LORD of hosts.  24 The LORD of hosts hath sworn, saying, Surely as I have thought, so shall it come to pass; and as I have purposed, so shall it stand:25 That I will break the Assyrian in my land, and upon my mountains tread him under foot: then shall his yoke depart from off them, and his burden depart from off their shoulders.26 This is the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this is the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.27 For the LORD of hosts hath purposed, and who shall disannul it? and his hand is stretched out, and who shall turn it back?28 In the year that king Ahaz died was this burden.  29 Rejoice not thou, whole Palestina, because the rod of him that smote thee is broken: for out of the serpent’s root shall come forth a cockatrice, and his fruit shall be a fiery flying serpent.30 And the firstborn of the poor shall feed, and the needy shall lie down in safety: and I will kill thy root with famine, and he shall slay thy remnant.31 Howl, O gate; cry, O city; thou, whole Palestina, art dissolved: for there shall come from the north a smoke, and none shall be alone in his appointed times.32 What shall one then answer the messengers of the nation? That the LORD hath founded Zion, and the poor of his people shall trust in it.
.
Now some people get hung up on an attribute of God and falsely make that name a God.. God’s roles are often mistakenly referred to as ‘names of God’, when really they are simply titles. See Psalms 83:18. Jesus is seen as taking on  various roles to accomplish his work while on earth (Isaiah 61:1-4).
.
A common title of God in the Hebrew old Testament  Bible is Elohim (Hebrew: אלהים), as opposed to other titles of God in Judaism. The Hebrew name of God—El: The word El comes from a root word meaning—might, strength, power. Sometimes referring to God and sometimes the mighty when used to refer to the true god of Israel, El is almost always qualified by additional words that further define the meaning that distinguishes Him from false gods.; In Exodus 6:3, when Moses first spoke with God, God said, “I used to appear to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob as El Shaddai, but I did not make myself known to them by My Name YHWH.” Almost all Orthodox Jews avoid using either Yahweh or Jehovah altogether The resulting substitute made from semivowels and glottals, known as the tetragrammaton, is considered the proper name of God in Judaism, and is not ordinarily permitted to pronounce it aloud, even in prayer. The prohibition on misuse (not use) of this name is the primary subject of the command not to take the name of the Lord in vain.; It is  a the Jewish practice of substituting the spoken Hebrew word ‘Adonai’ (translated as ‘Lord’) for YHWH when read aloud.;
 .
YHWH (pre-incarnate) and Yeshua (incarnate) are one and the same, the second Person, with the Father and Ruach haQodesh (the Holy Spirit) being the first and third Persons, respectively, of ha’Elohiym (the Godhead). YHWH is thus expressed as “haShem,” which means ‘the Name.’
.
Now the English name “Jesus” has absolutely no pagan connection and is simply a derivation of “Yesous,” the Greek transliteration of “Yeshua.”
.
The Messiah’s Hebrew name is usually transliterated as either Yeshua or Yahshua.  The proponents of the Yahshua form claim that the Messiah’s name was the same as Joshua’s, written [vwhy or [wvwhy (Strong’s #3091). The only problem is that neither of these Hebrew spellings of Joshua’s name can possibly be pronounced “Yahshua.” The third letter in Joshua’s name (reading from right to left) is the letter vav (w) and a vav cannot be silent. The letter vav must be pronounced as either a “v” or an “o” or an “u.” (In the case of Joshua, it takes an “o” sound, giving us “Ye-ho-SHU-a.” Strong’s confirms this pronunciation.) For a name to be pronounced “Yahshua,” it would have to be spelled [wv–hy, and no such name exists anywhere in the Hebrew Bible. Also the Greek Yesous is actually transliterated from this shortened Hebrew form, Yeshua, and not directly from the longer form Yehoshua. Why is the Yahshua form used by no one but Sacred Name believers and people who have been influenced by Sacred Name believers? Probably because no such name exists in the Hebrew Bible and, to my knowledge, no such name exists in any extra-Biblical Hebrew literature as people invented the name Yahshua to fit their theology.
 .
Jesus (Iesus, Yeshua, Joshua (Yahshua),the  name corresponds to the Greek spelling Iesous, from which comes the English spelling Jesus. Christ means “the anointed” in Greek (Greek text: Χριστός). Khristos is the Greek equivalent of the Hebrew word Messiah;If you Really Love YESHUA , Jesus Christ  you would not lie and call Jesus solely now  by the Hebrew name but by his real title which was, Greek and is  is Jesus Christ.. note this at the time of Jesus Christ on earth he was not even called by his Hebrew name as the Roman soldiers did not let the Jews speak in Hebrew, but they spoke Greek, in fact Hebrew was not used for the next 2000 years almost till 1948.. so all these crooked, perverted, false people trying to appear more spiritual by using today a Hebrew title are obviously mentally disturbed, deceived..; In the Mormon cult  Father God’s name is Elohim   and Jesus name in his preincarnate state was Jehovah while the  Jehovah’s Witnesses  cult use the name Jehovah for God the Father as this is a commonly used rendition of the personal name YHWH (Hebrew: יהוה) as per the Holy Bible. Psalm 83:18 (Exodus 6:3, Isaiah 12:2 & 26:4) King James Version; for them God has only one name, Jehovah;
 .
Both the lost going to hell Mormon and the Jehovah witnesses cults falsely they still do not recognize Jesus Christ as the sole God, A person does not need to know Hebrew and Greek linguistics in order to be spiritual;
.

TRUE HOLINESS FIRSTLY LIES THROUGH QUESTONING EVERYTHING and comparing it firstly as to what the Bible, the Holy Spirit actually teach us… not mere man or the devil..
.
The Sacred Name, Yeshua, YAHWEH EL ELYON , Messianic Jew and Hebraic R…oot Movements still are not only lacking, but often spiritually wrong and dangerous. To be more precise, their emphasis on isolated Old Testament verses and practices has been detrimental to true Christians to the degree that certainly some have lost their salvation by trying to be justified by the law of Moses (Gal. 5:2-4) and moving away from Jesus Christ.
.
  If you try to keep part of the Law you are required to keep it all (Gal. 5:3).
.
  “Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are [trying to be] justified by the Law; ye are fallen from grace” (Gal. 5:4).
.
(Rom 10:1 KJV) Brethren, my heart’s desire and prayer to God for Israel is, that they might be saved. 2 For I bear them record that they have a zeal of God, but not according to knowledge. 3 For they being ignorant of God’s righteousness, and going about to establish their own righteousness, have not submitted themselves unto the righteousness of God.
.
  (Rom 1:20 KJV) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21 Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22 Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
.
  (Jer 8:7 KJV) Yea, the stork in the heaven knoweth her appointed times; and the turtle and the crane and the swallow observe the time of their coming; but my people know not the judgment of the LORD.
