I HAD BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THE PERSONAL SERVICES I HAD RECEIVED FOR OVER A DECADE IN LASALLE AND I NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT ALL DURING THIS TIME TOO. A GREAT MANAGER-OWNER HIMSELF WAS THE MAIN REASON BUT I NEXT WAS FORCED TO MOVE TO NOW AS TO THE LOOK AFTER MY MOTHER NEXT

NEXT THEY HAD SUGGESTED NEW GLASSES FOR ME AND AFTER I TOOK THEIR SUGGESTIONS AND BOUGHT THEIR NEW GLASSES BUT ONE PAIR, THE MAIN ONES, NEXT THEY DID NOT WORK FOR ME I COULD NOT SEE CLEARLY.. MY OLD GLASSES FROM LE LUNETIER LA SALLE WERE EVEN STILL BETTER .. THE OTHER 2 PAIRS WERE ALRIGHT.
NOW THESE SAME PEOPLE CLEARLY LIE, SPEND MONEY ON ADVERTINGS AS TO WHAT GOOD, PROFESSIONALS SERVICES THAY PROBIDE, BUT IN REALITY THEY ARE STILL SELF SERVING, PROVIDE A BAD SERVICESA S TO THE CUSTOMERS.. AS I FOUND OUT FIRSTHAND, LIKELEY EXPLAINS WHY THEY HAD TO MOVE FROM THEIR OLD LOCATOIN, AND START OVER AGAIN.
WHEN I WENT BACK TO THE ROSEMOUNT EYE GLASSES STORE THE COORDINATOR SAID SHE WOULD TRY TO FIX THE GLASSES AND SHE WENT TO THE BACK ROOM WITH THE GLASSES AND CAME BACK A HALF OF AN HOUR LATER.. WHEN I TRIED THE GLASSES THERE, THERE WAS NO IMPROVEMENT. SO I ASKED HER WHAT SHE HAD DONE FOR HALF AN HOUR? SHE SAID SHE HAD CLEANED THE LENSES?
HOW REALLY ABSURD NOW.. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME AND A USELESS WHITEWASH APPROACH. THIS IS WHAT THEY CALL GOOD SERVICE? CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
EVEN THOUGH LE LUNETIER IN ROSEMOUNT THEY HAD ADVERTISED OPENLY THAT THEY HAD THE BEST EYE TESTING SYSTEM. THAT WAS NOT SO WITH ME. I NEXT WAITED FOR A 6 MONTH ADJUSTMENT PERIOD AND THEY STILL DID NOT WORK PROPERLY.
THE SAME ROSEMOUNT OPTOMETRIST NEXT HAD SAID THERE NOTHING HE COULD DO FOR ME BETTER.. AND THEY ALL REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT WRONGFULLY TOO THEY ARE CLEARLY NOW GUILTY OF FALSE MISLEADING ADVERTING. WELL I WON’T ACCEPT THAT.
I ON MY OWN HAD OFFERED TO PAY 50% OF THE PRICE OF THE NEW GLASS REPLACEMENT AND THEY HAD FALSELY REFUSED IT TOO.
As I had expected I am not the only one who recently got the very bad service from the very same Optometrist in Rosemount. One of my neighbors today said that her daughter recently paid 300 dollars for her glasses, that now also were also totally inadequate. Imagine the arrogance of some persons in Rosemount that thing they can stay profitably in business by providing poor, incompetent services. They are clearly going to put themselves out of business if they falsely continue to operate this way.
I HAD ALSO CONTACTED THE LAVAL HEADQUARTERS TEL 450-663-1684 AND THEY AHD PROMISED TO GET BACK TO ME ABOUT MY BAD EYE AND BAD GLASSES SERVICES IN ROSEMOUNT BUT NO ONE DID SO FAR.
THEY WERE QUICK TO TAKE MY MONEY BUT NOT AT ALL TO PROVIDE ME A GOOD AFTER SERVICE. IN SPITE OF THE MONEY THEY LE LUNETIER SPEND, WILL SPEND HAVE TO NOW SPEND ON ADVERTISEMENTS CLEARLY IN ROSEMOUNT THERE IS NOW STILL NO GOOD SERVICE OR REAL GOOD WILL TOWARDS ME A CUSTOMER, AND UNDENIABLY SO.. AND UNDENIABLY SAD..
SO THEY DO NOW EVEN DESERVE THE BAD PUBLICITY ON THE NET “
### NEXT THEY ARE WILLING TO GIVE ME AN EXCHANGE REFUND ON THE BAD GLASSES BUT WERE UNWILLING TO PROVIDE ME WITH A DECENT PAIR.. WOW! I GUESS THEY WANT TO TAKE AWAY THE EVIDENCE FROM ME ABOUT THEIR POOR SERVICE
By the way the next Optometrist I visited refused to prescribe any eye glasses rather she insisted I that I get a cataract operation on both eyes and so I next got it, and now I need no eye glasses at all to see or to read.
