Law and order priorities emphasis in Canada is too often a mere perversity, a police job creation empire it seems.. not a real concern about valid justice.

While 70 percent of all persons tend to be decent persons, 30 percent do still need to be kept in jail at all times in reality, the big liars, thieves, murderers, abortionists and it is so easy to draw the line of division now as well.. Any one who too readily abuses someone else, children, and likley seniors, cats, dogs next too.. anyone! The Quebec government openly supports abortion, but it also already supports killing seniors, even your mother and father.

The Canadian Institute for Health Information released its report  finding 44 per cent of seniors in residential care have symptoms of depression. http://ca.news.yahoo.com/s/cbc/100520/canada/science_depression_seniors   and if you had read my blogs  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/ on the actual  care of seniors in Quebec this year  I had said the same thing even that depression counseling is not being provided  in Hospitals or old age homes not even by the Quebec social services.

Since I clearly, openly do not write to win political or any popularity support I know you will also  find some shocking truths in my expose of Canadian Life in reality even how the immoral, cheap  Quebec government wrongfully  allows elderly patients to die by not force feeding them or providing them any depression counseling too.

abortion

HEY I ONCE HAD WRITTEN A LONG TIME AGO THAT THE TOO OFTEN SELF CENTERED, PROUD PEOPLE OF ALBERTA DO REALLY NEED TO STOP BASHING THE POOR PEOPLE, AND THOSE ON SOCIAL AID, FOR A DAY WILL COME THAT THEY TOO WILL BE NEEDING SOCIAL AID AND THAT DAY HAS COME..

Canadians unaware of the negative consequences of Murder and still wonder why there is a recession in Canada now too..

Originally published: January 20, 2009 A recently released Angus Reid poll has found that a large majority of Canadians are unaware of the lack of legal regulations surrounding abortion in Canada. The poll showed that 92 per cent of respondents were unaware that under the country’s current legal system, abortion is permitted at any time from conception to the moment of birth.  Winnipeg Member of Parliament, Rod Bruinooge, told reporters that a pro-life caucus in Parliament will be pushing for a debate on whether abortion should be legal right until the moment of birth.  He reiterated his position by stating that the lack of any legal status what-so-ever of an unborn child is a point of contention concerning the debate. The poll was released shortly after a statement by Dimitri Soudas, a spokesperson for Prime Minister Stephen Harper, that the Conservative government has no intention of re-opening the debate surrounding abortion in Canada and will not introduce or support legislation on abortion. A similar poll by Angus Reid Strategies in June 2008 showed that 46 per cent of Canadians approved of the current legal status of abortion, even if, as the most recent poll shows, they do not actually understand what that status is.  Professor William Mathie, of the Political Science Department at Brock, has written on the subject of abortion in Canada, and explained that the results of the poll are not completely surprising.  “It’s a long-standing fact that the public is generally ill-informed about the lack of any restrictions upon [abortion],” said Mathie. “That has almost always been the case. There’s a large push against talking about it at all, which means not many people ever hear anybody talking about it or see anything in the papers about it.”

Now about the abortion of adults, seniors… Too many doctors, nurses, medical staff  in Canada in reality they do not do all they can to help a sick persons and do instead let them rather suffer, die due to the incompetence, neglect, laziness, indifference   of the medical workers, unions, self regulating medical societies.  http://thenonconformer.wordpress.com/2010/09/01/canadas-health-care-fiascos/

>>It’s a shame there are Christians as judgmental as the display presented here, today. Jesus did tell us not to judge others, did He not?

and funny that itself was a judgment statement

I get a chuckle when so many so called Christians show their total Bible Ignorance.. they quote isolated verses neglecting the many other applicable verses.

God, Jesus, the Bible, the apostles said we basically are not to judge the non Christians in regard to their spirituality, or to judge other Christians in regard to their lack of observance of the old testament ritual laws now too, but we are to judge all of the professing Christians, to judge even as  the type of fruit they bear now too, whether they are keeping the ten commandments, are now really true to the faith.. and even to rebuke them, openly if they do not. But first actually read the Bible and see this for yourself..

(Luke 17:3 KJV) Take heed to yourselves: If thy brother trespass against thee, rebuke him; and if he repent, forgive him.
(Phil 2:15 KJV) That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
(1 Tim 5:20 KJV) Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear.
(2 Tim 4:2 KJV) Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine.
(Titus 1:13 KJV) This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith;
(Titus 2:15 KJV) These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
(Rev 3:19 KJV) As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
(Mat 5:25 KJV) Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.
(Luke 12:57 KJV) Yea, and why even of yourselves judge ye not what is right?
(Luke 19:22 KJV) And he saith unto him, Out of thine own mouth will I judge thee, thou wicked servant. Thou knewest that I was an austere man, taking up that I laid not down, and reaping that I did not sow:
(John 5:30 KJV) I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me.
(John 7:24 KJV) Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.
(John 8:15 KJV) Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.
(John 8:16 KJV) And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: for I am not alone, but I and the Father that sent me.
(John 12:47 KJV) And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.
(John 12:48 KJV) He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.
(Acts 10:42 KJV) And he commanded us to preach unto the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of quick and dead.
(1 Cor 5:12 KJV) For what have I to do to judge them also that are without? do not ye judge them that are within?
(1 Cor 6:2 KJV) Do ye not know that the saints shall judge the world? and if the world shall be judged by you, are ye unworthy to judge the smallest matters?
(1 Cor 6:3 KJV) Know ye not that we shall judge angels? how much more things that pertain to this life?
(1 Cor 6:4 KJV) If then ye have judgments of things pertaining to this life, set them to judge who are least esteemed in the church.
(1 Cor 6:5 KJV) I speak to your shame. Is it so, that there is not a wise man among you? no, not one that shall be able to judge between his brethren?
(1 Cor 10:15 KJV) I speak as to wise men; judge ye what I say.
(1 Cor 11:31 KJV) For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged.
(1 Cor 14:29 KJV) Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.
(Col 2:16 KJV) Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days:
(Rev 19:11 KJV) And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war.

>> “CS Lewis was man like you and I, I believe he was right in some cases and wrong in other views, but in no way “no Christian” or a false prophet.”

and if any of us was judged now on everything we had said, done, we would all go to hell, and for sure be declared non Christians..
the true Christian lives by faith in God.. Did CS Lewis have faith in God that God would save him in spite of CS Lewis being imperfect, a sinner… the clear answer seems yes.

I find it so hypocritical that most of us know that pastors tend to be imperfect, but yet we falsely declare too often that if any so called christian  leader sins, now does one thing wrong he or she is immediately called a false prophet.. but  there is no man that does good and still sins not.. for all have sinned and come short of the glory of God.. we all do have this treasure of God himself in us in the simple, sinful, earthen vessels still.

so who can we Judge?

Well we can judge ourselves firstly to see if we are still sound in the faith?

(1 Cor 9:27 KJV)  But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

let me also remind you that there is no verse in the Bible that says a politician, a ruler outside of the church, has to be even a Christian. A professing Christian, pastor, elder, evangelist ?  yes, he or she  still also has to practise what he preaches.

 >>I am having a hard time with this…there are some people who believe that a Christian can be possessed. I don’t understand how that would be possible since the Holy Spirit is living inside you… I believe there are lots of folks who have a “said” faith, and I believe because it is not a true faith they can be possessed by demons, but I don’t see how this could happen in someone with a true faith.

and some people will say they were never saved in the first place but EVER HEAR OF A DOG RETURNING TO IT’S VOMIT as opposed to once saved always saved? (2 Pet 2:22 KJV)  But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.CONTINUE TO LIVE LIKE A SINNER AND YOU FOR SURE NEXT  WILL GO TO HELL INSTEAD. EVEN BY YOUR OWN FREE WILL CHOICE.

Yes the Holy Spirit will do his part and we have to do our part which is to resist evil. RESIST THE DEVIL (James 4:7 KJV)  Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.(James 4:8 KJV)  Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.what a man sows he will reap still, saved or not..  (Gal 6:7 KJV)  Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. (Gal 6:8 KJV)  For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting.

Pentecostals .

(Zec 4:6 KJV) Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

Isa 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left. 22 Ye shall defile also the covering of thy graven images of silver, and the ornament of thy molten images of gold: thou shalt cast them away as a menstruous cloth; thou shalt say unto it, Get thee hence. 23 Then shall he give the rain of thy seed, that thou shalt sow the ground withal; and bread of the increase of the earth, and it shall be fat and plenteous: in that day shall thy cattle feed in large pastures.

(John 14:23 KJV) Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.

Complete and total reliance on the Holy Spirit, the spirit of Christ, and leading, the gifts of the holy spirit is what generally seperates the  Pentecostal Christians from the rest of Christendom

(Rom 8:9 KJV) But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.

(1 Cor 2:16 KJV) For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.

John 16:8 And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged. 12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will show you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall show it unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that he shall take of mine, and shall show it unto you.

John 15:1 I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2 Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit. 3 Now ye are clean through the word which I have spoken unto you. 4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me. 5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. 6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.

The Pentecostal movement within Protestant Christianity places continual emphasis on the individual, personal need of the Baptism, and the gifts of the Holy Spirit, as shown in the New Testament Biblical account initially on the Day of Pentecost. Pentecostal Christians do differ significantly from other Christian groups, denominations because they do define specifically a real Christian is a person who has been baptized with the Holy spirit as evidenced by their speaking, praying in tongues, glossolalia, interpretation of tongues, which is prophecy, and the persons who thus now also has access to the miraculous, spiritual gifts of the Holy spirit as a result too.

There is no denying the fact that Pentecostal Christians believe glossolalia is a spiritual gift from God, proof of the “infilling” of the Holy Spirit. Some denominations do not even allow people to preach or become members until they demonstrate the ability to speak in tongues. It’s proof that they have been both “saved” and “sanctified.” Pentecostals in generally rejected the belief of many fundamentalists that God had ceased to reveal himself directly to man. Pentecostal do belive that God speaks personally, individually to true Believers of Jesus Christ, outside of the Bible now as well. The charismatic movement in Roman Catholic and mainstream Protestant denominations represents the same spirit. Speaking in tongues is not universal among Pentecostal Christians still because many persons now there too have still not received the Baptism of the Holy Spirit, they are merely Pentecostal church adherents, observers.

The origins of Pentecostals originates from the early Christian days, as indicated in the Book of acts, new testament and they have continued historically as well, including during the 19th-century Holiness movement and also the 1906 revival meetings at the Azusa Street Mission in Los Angeles, California..

“Pentecostal/Charismatic Christianity in Africa is over a hundred years old. Today the continent has one of the fastest growing and diverse forms of Pentecostalism in the world. Mega churches in West Africa, segregated churches in South Africa and enormous gatherings of hundreds of thousands of people are features of this phenomenon, but essentially some of the most fascinating features include Pentecostalism’s ability to adapt to different contexts and its relationship with African governments.

Statistics are notoriously difficult to calculate and verify, and even more so in Africa. But the estimates we have for Christian affiliation at the beginning of the twenty-first century reveal some amazing trends that any casual observer of Christianity in Africa will not find so incredible. According to one estimate, 11% of Africa’s population (including the predominantly Muslim north) was ‘Charismatic’ in 2000. Even if this figure is only roughly approximate, the Pentecostal and Charismatic movements undoubtedly are fast becoming dominant forms of Christianity on the continent. This has been developing for over a century and Africa now has its own distinct contribution to make to the shape of global Pentecostal and Charismatic Christianity.

NOW NUMBERING OVER 500 million, and probably the fastest growing religious movement in the world, Pentecostal and Charismatic Christians are transforming the global religious demographic, especially in Latin America and Africa. They comprise nearly half of Brazil’s population, and 25 percent of the United States is Pentecostal or Charismatic. “

The Pentecostal movement is the largest Protestant denomination in the world today, by some accounts[22], approaching 500,000,000 adherents.  (Note: not all Pentecostal churches have formal membership programs).

The Pentecostal movement had its beginnings in the Holiness movement of the mid-19th century.  The Holiness movement itself grew out of the Spirit-filled Methodist tradition, and resulted in a second wave (the first wave occurred in the 18th century) of revival meetings sweeping throughout the United States.  One church denomination that came directly out of the Holiness movement is the Church of the Nazarene (1,500,000 members in 2006).  The Church of the Nazarene Web site lists these as the attributes of the Wesleyan-Holiness Churches[23]:

  • Born out of the 19th-century holiness revivals
  • Accepted pietism emphasis
  • Reemphasis on sanctification as second work
  • Possibility of a sinless life
  • Sanctification both instantaneous and progressive
  • Revival oriented
  • Missionary minded
  • Simple worship
  • Conservative in theology
  • Emphasis on personal ethics
  • Appeal to the poor

In the late 19th century, a Kansas college student named Charles Fox Parham promulgated a theory of glossolalia – speaking in tongues – as evidence of baptism of the Holy Spirit.  In time, his theory would spread like wildfire across the Midwest, and make its way all the way to Los Angeles.

In 1903, a southern Holiness preacher named William J. Seymour opened the Azusa Street Revival.  His first sermon was on the Pentecost (Acts 2:4), and the modern Pentecostal movement was born.

Pentecostalism reached a mass audience in the 1910s and 1920s when Aimee Semple McPherson became a national sensation as a Pentecostal revivalist.  She drove around in a “gospel car”, with signs on it such as “Where will you spend eternity?”

(1 Chr 16:20 KJV)  And when they went from nation to nation, and from one kingdom to another people; 21  He suffered no man to do them wrong: yea, he reproved kings for their sakes, 22  Saying, Touch not mine anointed, and do my prophets no harm. 23  Sing unto the LORD, all the earth; show forth from day to day his salvation. 24  Declare his glory among the heathen; his marvellous works among all nations. 25  For great is the LORD, and greatly to be praised: he also is to be feared above all gods. 26  For all the gods of the people are idols: but the LORD made the heavens. 27  Glory and honour are in his presence; strength and gladness are in his place. 28  Give unto the LORD, ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength. 29  Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name: bring an offering, and come before him: worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. 30  Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved. 31  Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice: and let men say among the nations, The LORD reigneth. 32  Let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof: let the fields rejoice, and all that is therein. 33  Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of the LORD, because he cometh to judge the earth. 34  O give thanks unto the LORD; for he is good; for his mercy endureth for ever. 35  And say ye, Save us, O God of our salvation, and gather us  together, and deliver us from the heathen, that we may give thanks to thy holy name, and glory in thy praise. 36  Blessed be the LORD God of Israel for ever and ever. And all the people said, Amen, and praised the LORD.

Now the majority of Pentecostals tend to define Jesus Christ as the Messiah, Savior, Baptizer of the  Holy Spirit, Healer, Deliverer, Coming King, Lord  and they also do believe in the whole Bible as the further revealed word of God by which we measure all truths now by too, they also do believe in the death and ressurection of Jesus Christ and in His second coming, return to earth for His own,  … they also do tend to believe in the existance of Heaven, Hell, the need of giving,  Servanthood, of adult Baptism, being baptized in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit now too. They also do believe in the need for continous prayer and daily Bible readings, Bible devotionals.

(Acts 10:38 KJV)  How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him. 39 And we are witnesses of all things which he did both in the land of the Jews, and in Jerusalem; whom they slew and hanged on a tree: 40  Him God raised up the third day, and showed him openly;

(Psa 37:23 KJV)  The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. 24  Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand. 25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread.

One of the most absurd statements that I have heard in the clearly ignorant fundamental Baptist, Plymouth Brethren  churches, was that Pentecostals are not Christians, and/or they are demon possessed, falsely even emotional persons, they supposedly are even a false cult, false sect  all rather spoken by narrow minded  fundamentalists persons who clearly themselves do not accept the Bible literally.

For the Fundamentals themselves now too often and falsely they pick and chose the parts of the Bible  they want to believe in, and distort the other parts too.  They wrongfully tend too often too not believe in the existence of the gift of Apostles, Prophets- elders, existence today as well, or in the gift healing, all of the 9 and more supernatural gifts of the Holy sprit, nor  do they the Fundamentalists too often  believe in emotionally   praising  the Lord, with real joy,  actively. And the Fundamentalists they  certainly have changed the role of the Church deacons from that which was defined in the New Testament, in the  book of Acts now too, selected and anointed persons who were to help and look after the poor people in the church.

I have been a Pentecostal Christian for 3 decades and someone has yet to show me what is so unChristian with my faith from the Bible.  And for the two previous decades that I was Baptist I certainly saw a lot of liars, abusers, hypocrites, adulterers, idol worshippers, non practicing Christians too  in the Baptist, Brethren  faith now too.

I find it ironical that some people are so desperate to poof that all Pentecostals are false they even refer to Pentecostal preachers for support such as (1) Spiritual Authority: The Word And The Testimony by A.W. Tozer, 1950, and others too.

“Many Pentecostals will defend their experience by simply saying “it must be so because it is my experience”. This is a false comment by a false person now too. For I know whom I have believed in and he will raise me alive in the last day  too.

Many of these false pentecostals bashers have to lie, distort, use straw, false arguements, and not the Bible itself to prove their points clearly now too. As we can all easily see now too. Why? because they firstly themslves really do not know the world of God too often, pastors included.. they mostly believe what other men have told them mostly.

I have met pretenders, imposters in all churches, in all of the denominations, even in the Baptist, Brethren churches  now too.  Don’t judge the whole church by the few..

Now I do  agree that there are some, a very small few, false Pentecostal break away minority groups (such as United Pentecostal church  ), and I also do undeniably agree that  the majority of the Christian Missionary Alliance church members , adherents are non Christians, for they are mere lip serving Christians only for they really do differ  from the main Pentecostal churches when they  had broken away from them.  Now I know very clearly there are many Canadians who rightfully do not believe that our Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper , a Christian Missionary alliance church member now  is a Christian, and neither do I .  Do see http://wittnessed.wordpress.com/2008/09/05/popular-christian-based-readinsg-resources/

Also for certainty neither Mormons, nor Jehovah witnesses they are a sect, a cult and are not all also  real Christians even if they profess to be or think they are now too. I also do have rightfully serious doubts of the salvation of many Messianic Jewish believers who have not made Jesus Lord of their life and have not forsaken all, their culture now included,  to follow after Jesus Christ

Luke 18:28 And Peter said, See, we have left our own [things--home, family, and business] and have followed You. 29 And He said to them, I say to you truly, there is no one who has left house or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God 30 Who will not receive in return many times more in this world and, in the coming age, eternal life.

and not by a long shot would I agree that any Dispensationalists is a bonfied Christian now as well..

(1Jn 1:4) And these things write we unto you, that your joy may be full.

(1Jn 1:5) This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all.

(1Jn 1:6) If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:

(1Jn 1:7) But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin

He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee. Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked. Because thou hast made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation; There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling. For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone. Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet. Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him. With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.
PSALM 91

The secret place is not a cave, physical fortress, or city of refuge somewhere that the Lord has set apart for us as some caring ruler may dedicate for that purpose. It is not even His palace but the secret place is none other than His Own Presence. He Himself is my refuge and fortress!

(John 14:2 KJV)  In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3  And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.

One of the greatest promises we have besides all of our sins being forgiven and us next having eternal life as well is that Jesus has gone to heaven to prepare a home for each one of us and he will come back for us next as well.

(John 14:4 KJV) 4  And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. 5  Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? 6  Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7  If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. 8  Philip saith unto him, Lord, show us the Father, and it sufficeth us. 9  Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Show us the Father? 10  Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works. 11  Believe me that I am in the Father, and the Father in me: or else believe me for the very works’ sake.

12  Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.

Now why is it so unbelievable that some Christians cannot believe now that we can do the same miraculous works that Jesus did, is it because of their sinful unbelief, or the fact they are really not Christians rather still?

13  And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14  If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it.

15  If ye love me, keep my commandments.

anyone who continues to violate even the ten commandments really still does not love God.. does not know Him

16  And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17  Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.

If we let him God will help us, talk to us, lead us into all truth

Florida Healing Outpouring with Todd Bentley: 30 Reasons for Healing (16-30)

27 06 2008

First, Roy Fields is back!  Others leading has been moving, but there is something about him that changes the atmosphere.  Roy, welcome back.  Second if you are in Lakeland Fl on the 4th of July there will be free food. From 4-7pm, next Friday there be a celebration with free food.  This will also lead into a water Baptism service.  I am just thrilled for both of these events.  The first shows a desire to reach out to  host community and give back to those who have given so much.  As important, the second is another example of how Fresh Fire and Ignited are taking care and shepherding those who are making profession of faith under their leadership.

Another fun fact, there is now a medical doctor who is reviewing all the medical reports about healing.  The desire for accountability and integrity is great in Lakeland.   One of the assistants said there is a four step process for those who take the stage professing healing
1 Pastor volunteers from around the world, screen and test, those who claim to have received healing
2 This is then relayed to those who bring the person on stage, to ensure what is shared is consistent
3 After they are on the platform, a survey is filled out with symptoms, sign of healing and contacts.
4 FOLLOW UP!  1-2 weeks a phone call is made to see how they are doing.

Just some random quotes form Todd Bentley… he really does use the name of Jesus.
(This is just a sample, to show who the glory goes to)

“We are encouraging people to see doctors after healings.  I believe in medicine”
“It is the power of Jesus.  We are powerless without the power of the Holy Ghost
“Can we give thanks to Jesus for this.”
“We want to give all we can, leally, to the media to give the glory to Jesus.”
“We give all the glory to Jesus”
“Can we give Jesus all the glory tonight?”
while praying for healing, “Two new ankles in Jesus mighty name”

30 Reasons for Healings #16-30 (all verses NIV)

16. He does what he pleases – God is sovereign and healing happens because God chooses too.
17. Charitable Giving- (whole chapters but verses) Acts 9: 36 In Joppa there was a disciple named Tabitha (which, when translated, is Dorcas), who was always doing good and helping the poor  and Acts10:2 He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly.  Based on these verses miracles happens as a direct result of charitable giving.  It would seem that when we take care of the pour, God reaches and extra measure of the miracles.
18. The Gospel – Mark 16:19-20 He and all his family were devout and God-fearing; he gave generously to those in need and prayed to God regularly.    Healing is good news and,  according to Todd, the Gospel is the power of God as well as the message of salvation
19.  I am a friend of God’s – John 15:15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you.  God hears the prayers of His friends.  What do you do for your “true” friends?  The deeper the intimacy with God, the deeper the friendship. Is God your friend, because there seems to be many who understand Jehovah but do not understand Abba.  Abba, is the characteristic of a deep personal relationship.
20. The Glory of God –  John 11:4 When he heard this, Jesus said, “This sickness will not end in death. No, it is for God’s glory so that God’s Son may be glorified through it.”
21. The cures of the Law – Romans 8:2  because through Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set me free from the law of sin and death. Healings show that you free from the law of sin and death.
22. Desperation: Mark 5:27 When she heard about Jesus, she came up behind him in the crowd and touched his cloak,  Sometime people need a touch so bad they push trough to get it.  “if only this small amount”  They are the ones who are desperate enough to reach out and get healed

23.  Connection locked up

24. Name of God – Exodus 15:26 He said, “If you listen carefully to the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in his eyes, if you pay attention to his commands and keep all his decrees, I will not bring on you any of the diseases I brought on the Egyptians, for I am the LORD, who heals you.”

25. Communion – 1 Corinthians 11:29-30 For anyone who eats and drinks without recognizing the body of the Lord eats and drinks judgment on himself. 30That is why many among you are weak and sick, and a number of you have fallen asleep.  This would seem to be a reason why you are not, but if it bring sickness maybe it bring healing (my thought on it, time was short so the last were real quick)

26.  Gift of the Spirit- There was no verse give to justify this, but 1 Corinthians12:9-109to another faith by the same Spirit, to another gifts of healing by that one Spirit, 10to another miraculous powers, to another prophecy, to another distinguishing between spirits, to another speaking in different kinds of tongues,[a] and to still another the interpretation of tongues.

27. The name of Jesus – Triune God, Jesus is God see #24

28.   The nature of the Holy Spirit – God creates when the Holy Spirit the Holy Spirit moves.  It was after Genesis 1:2 Now the earth was [a] formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters. That God said, “Let there be light.”  IF the Spirit lives with us, then he is moving, we should expect creation (new body parts is creation).
29. I am Saved – James 5:15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven.  Faith is a gift of the Spirit and only saved people have this.  So salvation, brings faith, faith brings healing.  And, yes because Jesus forgave my sins.
30. Kingdom of God- Mathew 6:10 Your kingdom come, your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.  There is no sickness in the Kingdom, God preformes creation in His kingdom, there are miricals in the Kingdom, let it be so here

These are the second half of the 30 reasons, each with scripture refrances.  People you may not like Todd Bentley, but please be careful arguing against the word of God.  For those around Todd, let him know I said “thanks for the teaching, it has meant a lot to me.”

On a personal note:  I blew out my knee today, while walking down some stairs.  It hurt to move or even put pressure on it.  Tonight, during the broadcast, I WAS HEALED.  Proof of this, I wrote this whole blog standing up.

the Lakeland critics   seem to be led by the devil..

Beware always of men and women, bullies, tormentors, control freaks,  persons, civil and public servants,  politicians, pastors, leaders, elders, who falsely do, will try to enslave you, oppress you, exploit you even while they claim they are proclaiming the truth, democracy, trying to help you, etc.,

Is 51:23 ..your tormentors {and} oppressors, those who said to you, Bow down, that we may ride {or} tread over you; and you have made your back like the ground and like the street for them to pass over.
